This was my second visit to PAR. Long/short. Was in a bind with veip. Needed a repair. Was given a temporary fix to fit deadline and not only had car finished same day, but enough time to make it to veip, but also PASSED. Totally unexpected. They are honest, black owned, and efficient. Must make a visit!

The service was excellent. I went there because my car was shaking in the rear. I was told that I needed struts and I got an oil change, too. I got my car back and it is driving so well. I will return there in the future for any repair issues.

I’ve been here a few times from getting a new axle to getting a new radiator to alignment and a few other issues all at different time. With this being said I pulled away with my car felling how it supposed to fell and in a timely fashion. If you not serious about getting your care repaired this isn’t the place for you because Mr. Oral and his team are about there business, never have I been let down with there services. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would because they deserve every one. As long as there in business I’m giving them and referring everyone to set up an appointment with Ms Diane A.S.A.P

These people are very unprofessional and thieves. They will steal out your vehicle and then blame that you misplaced or lost it. My car is still making noises and I will never go back to them and no one else should as well. The older lady at the front desk will get smart with you and take up for the employees her and her husband don't watch. They then want you to write a good review on them because they know they're unprofessional and are thieves. They do more stealing then fixing vehicles.
