WARNING WARNING WARNING LISTEN TO THE PUBLIC ! This mechanic sent his son who was not certified to do work on my car. He did the work but lost the lug nut lock for wheels , now power steering leaks horrible and Shane the supposed ASE certified owner of 8 work trucks and multiple hired techs keeps saying he’ s on his way after 2 weeks . This guy uses his personal problems to justify not getting my car fixed that his son messed up , No doubt he will respond with I tried to call this and schedule you that , but with all his supposed workers why isn’t anyone but him putting out all these fires? Fraud ! Do not use this guy!

This guy took $800 dollars from me to replace my air compressor. He stopped answering my calls and never did the work. It's been 2 months. I went to his business location on Google and it's a trailer at a Mobile Home Park and Shane doesn't live there and they don't know where to find him. He's a scammer.

Shane and his son were great they came out on a Saturday morning and repaired my van. Best price in town and Shane explained everything they were doing. They replaced my spark plugs and ignition coils. The van is running great and I strongly recommend. I’ve found my new reliable mechanic.

You need to be a little fair with your prices. Maybe you will get more customers. This is the last time you hearing from me. Terrible services. I had to wait multiple hours for him to get here. This man charged me $150 for the diagnostic and to jump. the car wasn’t worth it in my book!

If I could put a zero review, I definitely would. This by far is the worse mechanic I have ever had to deal with. My truck was running until this guy messed with it. I asked for a simple timing to be done. And he messed with stuff he shouldn't have. The carb, and whatever he could get his hands on. I had to have my truck towed after this NON mechanic got his hands on it. I wouldn't trust this man to even work on a bicycle. DO NOT CALL this guy for anything.

The worse mechanic ever. He does nothing but rip you off. If I could give no stars I would. He stole from an 80 year old disabled lady ( my grandma) and didn't fix her car. Took her money and ran. Pretty sure his wife and himself are on drugs. Stay away

Needed brakes and rotors replaced on my vehicle, and with my work schedule, it’s hard for me to find time to run these errands. Shanes mobile service made it very easy for me. He came and picked up the money for the parts, went to buy the parts, then came back and worked on the car right there all while I was at work. Absolutely amazing service saved me time and money. He also beat other competitors prices by far. Thank you very much Shane!

Once upon a time this mechanic was great, unfortunately the repairs he made on my wife's car and my truck didn't last and 10 months later we had to find a new mechanic. The worst part is he offered to fix my electric scooter, took my scooter, and has yet to fix it or even return it or my phone calls. I can't recommend this mechanic anymore as the quality of service has vanished along with my Yumi dual motor electric scooter. I'm really disappointed, I used their service for 2 years, it was great, but things have changed and now I'm out a scooter and a head gasket on my 4Runner.

Really appreciated the hassle-free service; asked for help with a starter and they brought it in less than 24 hours. Even though it turned out to be the battery connection, they were happy to fix it and return the parts I'd ordered, no problems! =)

After looking at reviews, are refunds being issued in part to bad service? A receipt will not be posted... The service is not good and the service technicians are rude and intimidating. Yes! Be mindful of the responses that are posted by the owner or social media manger. Many responses, are rude and unforgiving. Fault is always - them! Everybody is not lying on you, when the complaint is the same.

They scared me so bad and messed my car up so bad I need my money back, but I am afraid to ask for it. These men that came to my home argued me and talked over me as I was trying to explain my blythe. Two men came and intimidated me so badly, I truly and strongly suggest, CERTAIN WOMEN, should take a man with them to reason with other men. So that your concerns are heard, understood, and request fulfilled. They messed my car up.

Having a car issue is scary, Ive used A to Z over 10 years - knowing they come to my home or office to fix the issue is a lifesaver! Love this guy.. saved me a lot of money.. western tire gave me a quote for 1600.00 .. Shane addressed everything you had written..showed me whatnthey were talking about.. called and setup my need parts and I paid for it saved 500.00 charged me 450.00 labor.. total 900.00.. very cool.. recommend his to everyone I know..

My car wouldn't start needed a battery could not get any one to come help. We were supposed leave early for a day one business recommended mobile repair . I called AtoZ and he got my battery cand fixed it in a matter of less than and hr. Was worth every penny. Very professional, friendly would highly recommend.
