Super difficult to communicate and require vin # just to make an appointment. Instead of listening and have solutions make things so difficult. Wasted my time. I didn't want to come back but since the insurance sent my information there I thought I'll give it a chance and that was clearly a mistake. Both the agent and you should listen to eachother instead talking over eachother and wasted customer time.

This shop is fantastic, with a super clean waiting area + free Wi-Fi. Communication was smooth—Sam was quick to respond online and provided me with an instant quote after I shared my VIN. Sam and his technician were extremely professional, thoroughly explaining the process and instructions. I'll definitely return for any future glass repairs and highly recommend this place.

This place is the best place for auto glass replacement. I was quoted a price, made an appointment, showed up, got new glass and was on my way. Turn a bad experience, some idiots went around my neighborhood with a bb gun breaking car windows, into a good one. Replace all three driver side windows. Great work, great prices, and very comfortable waiting room. Highly recommended. Honest people doing honest work.

I can't even put into words how great this company is. I inquired the other night about my cracked windshield that happened during my road trip over the weekend. He was able to squeeze me in + the most competitive prices in the area. I inquired through Yelp to get various quotes from other businesses and 1Low price Auto glass was BY FAR the most inexpensive. While they are fairly priced the workman ship and quality is not cheap, probably if the highest quality offered. I was in and out in under two hours. The owner was so polite and answered all my questions prior to bringing it in. I feel grateful to support a small business that puts in amazing work. I will come back for any issues that may arise. If you're looking for a windshield replacement this is your place! I have a 2022 Toyota Corolla and spent $550 total. Other places (even small businesses) quoted me starting at $750+. Thank you!

Came by this store when my car had a large crack on the windshield. I used my insurance here to replace the windshield. The process was easy as Sam helped me navigate how to select their shop through Geico. He helped me set up an appointment the very next day. My windshield neede dynamic calibrating and so I had to wait for a couple of hours at the shop. There is a clean waiting area with wifi. Sam explained me the dos and donts. I am very happy with the service. Will recommend this shop for your glass work.

Found them online after someone broke into the car went to the location & called the number, spoke to Sam and he gave us the price after we told him which window needed replacing. Excellent Service! I requested a quote via website and got a response via email very promptly with a price quote including labor/tax/etc at a very reasonable price! They were able to get my car in the same day and repair it in less than an hour. When I got the bill no surprise or additional fees I paid exactly what they quoted, I love that! Also, my car window was smashed in and I planned on getting the glass cleaned out after the repair but they did it for me! I couldn’t believe they cleaned the broken glass out of car without charging me extra and without me asking! It really made my day to receive such excellent service.
