He stopped what he was doing to check out my misfiring truck on a road trip. Wasn’t able to get it fixed because of how new it was but he didn’t charge me a dime and had 1.5 hours of labor into it. They were very professional and polite.

I Needed a second opinion and Joe was honest and efficient in finding the issue. It was totally the opposite of what that other auto repair shop said. I'm so glad I came here. My vehicle is riding so much smoother. That other place almost ripped me off. I will recommend this place and will continue if I ever need their service again.

I went in for my 2016 Dodge Journey to have my spark plugs changed and why my check engine light was on. He changed my spark plugs which was great but then Joe went on about me needing 2 cylinders changed for $3400. Nothing was leaking. So I went to Dodge to get a second opinion. Come to find out Joe tried to take me for my money. I had a crack in my engine block and I would have needed to have that fixed and that, that woulda cost me $2000 at Dodge. So if I would have the cylinders changed or fixed I would have needed more work done because I had a crack in my engine block and that would in the end would have costed me over $5000 to $6000 to have fixed in the end. Which my cylinders were fine.

Joe is very understanding and patient when explaining what is going on with your vehicle even if you are a female. I didn't feel belittled or undermined when talking with him. He got my vehicle back to me in a reasonable amount of time for the work that needed to be done.
