This place does very high quality and detail orientated work! I really appreciated the honesty and efficiency of this business. I got to meet and work directly with Tom the owner. Overall one of my best experiences I’ve had with an auto shop. Keep up the good work!

This is a great place..They have really good mechanics..I've been going there since they opened ..Over and above service all around..very reasonable prices..and honest..I over paid with cash and Cathy(how cool is that) came running out before I left to give me money back ...I think we have several good places here on Gravois but I'm sure as hell I picked them...

New Info 6/7 - They did it again! I called 123 Auto on Thursday for an emissions test and they delivered by Friday. I took my two kids, a 3-month-old and a 2 1/2-year-old, and the team got us in and out within 20 minutes. I went for a quick walk with the little ones and when I came back, my car was ready. They even helped me with the door as I exited with the stroller. Fantastic service once again! Call this morning and waited about 10 seconds for someone to answer the phone. The lady was friendly enough, I asked her how much an emissions test would cost and how long it would take. She replied with quick answers $24 and 15 mins. I made an appointment for same day at 1 30 PM. I showed up at 1 20 PM and they took my car right away. It might have taken them till 2 PM to get my car complete (A little longer than I expected) but everything was complete. All in all, this is your standard run of the mill auto shop. Decent experience

My friend has gone here multiple times now. She had labor-intensive jobs involving headliner removal and dashboard removal. They did both quickly and efficiently. They even picked her up at home at brought her to her car during one of the visits. The prices were great as well. Highly recommended.

Never had any work done on my car Done yet. But I'm disabled and these guys always check My oil for me. Not like some other mechanics won't even do that for someone anymore.

My fuel tank pressure sensor for my Hyundai Elantra was faulty and they helped in buying the part and fixing it. Everything works fine and the cost was fair. Great service and customer friendly! I will be retuning there if I ever have to fix any issue with my car in the future.

If you need an honest, dependable car repair shop, this is the place! They are efficient, they explain the problem and the work to be done, and they fix it right. They won't try to pad the bill with unnecessary work. It's such a relief to find an honest shop!

10 years ago I started doing my own vehicle maintenance after too many unpleasant experiences with auto repair businesses. I’ve been to 123 Auto a few times in the past couple years for inspections and other things I’m unable to do myself and have always enjoyed my visit. They’re nice people that explain things well and don’t try to take advantage of people. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve used 123. They’re great about appointments and I pay way less for an oil change than I would anywhere else. Mechanics have been honest and have given me good insight to my Mazda, and I haven’t ever had the “am I getting ripped off?” feeling. Check them out!

Family owned place. Tom is lead mechanic...very solid dood who shoots totally straight. I heard him give killer, honest advice to a 20something customer -- her vehicle needed "yet another" huge repair (we've all been there, right?), and he advised her against messing with it...even though it was prolly a $2000 tab for his shop. he even showed me where my used honda had been wrecked before i bought it.
