Tony went above and beyond to handle and take care of my vehicle the day of, especially being short mechanics the day of my appointment. Life happens and I would have understood if he had to extend my finish date of my vehicle to Monday since he closes at 5:30pm Friday, and doesn’t open Saturday or Sunday. Tony made sure he did the best he could to finish the job since the opportunities to fix my car lined up then (ex.) Shop down the road had my parts, his mechanic of 30+ years was able to install the part and Tony with his 20+ years in the industry made it all line up smooth. I plan to come back again based on the service I received and which he made happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Thanks again Tony!

Friendly and respectful people Told me a price and didn’t change it! I hate the lock box. It was jam, but I end eventually got it open but other than that good service.

I’ve used 12th Street Auto numerous times. The guys give solid explanations of the work needed. Their team always does a once over of the vehicles and lets us know what maintenance items are needed, or may be on the horizon.

Son took car here for oil change and look into his heater blowing cool air. He was charged $125.00 just to look into the heater issue. Outrageous prices. This place lost a customer. Avoid 12th St Auto Care.

Tony was awesome to work with. He took care of all contact with my warranty company so I didn’t have to take time out of my work day. He provided regular updates on repair status and always gave a timely response to any questions I had.

Very professional stuffs willing to hear feedback from customers. I did an oil change last week and found the oil level was ~ half inch higher than maximum, they corrected the oil level and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I am very happy with their customer service altitudes!

Took my truck there to fix a heating problem. They wanted to charge me 1500$ to repair it. I checked another auto repair shop and they found that the problem was not what 12th street auto said it was. I got it fixed at the 2nd shop for 300$… would not recommend taking your vehicle here

I came to 12th Street Auto Care for a second opinion on my car and they were so helpful in explaining the problems and what needed to be fixed. Dustin was very helpful and patient with me explaining everything thoroughly so that I was able to understand exactly what needed to be fixed. I most definitely will be back to have my other vehicles repaired here.

I trust what they say about my vehicle. If you are not paying for unnecessary repairs then their work is a reasonable cost. Never had any issues after work done to fix my truck.

Great company, have always fixed my vehicles and they run AWESOME after the repairs. On my last repair they provided me with a shuttle to my work and then got me the next available courtesy car. Really awesome people to work with 10/10 would recommend!

I had an oil change and tire rotation on 11/26/2024. I ended up needing filter replacements also. This process took about 2-1/2 hours. While listening to the staff while waiting it was clear they were all knowledgeable and customer service oriented. The only reason they do not get 5 stars is that the technician spilled stuff out of my glove box and left it all on the floor. He or she also left the trash from one of the filters on my passenger seat.
