Literally the best ever! Called and needed an emergency battery replacement because we needed our car! He was here within two hours and squeezed us in last minute into his schedule. Car started right up and we are now able to make our appointment tonight! Thank you!!

I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION TO RATE THIS 0 STARS.The guy I talked to on the phone was a straight up jerk. I asked him to not fix anything on my car until he called me with an estimate because I don't know if it's going to be $100 or $500! He said these exact words to me: "Do you have money in the bank? Don't try to fix your car if you don't have the money for it!" He said that to me. A first time Customer! What horrible social skills this place has. Very rude and terrible customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time going here unless you enjoy rude staff and disrespect. Just got off the phone with them, and every single thing they said was said in a condescending way. We had simply asked for a quote for a hypothetical situation, and understandably they did not want to give one until they saw the car. We explained though that we wanted to know how much we were spending before having no other option than forking over the money. (We are college students and newlyweds living off ramen and freezer meals okay? However, this doesn't mean that we want to be driving around in the Vegas heat without working A/C.) The man then told us, with more disgusting rudeness and disrespect than I have ever heard ANY person in customer service use, that if we don't have money in the bank, not to be looking to get our car fixed. Simply Because we wanted to know if we would have enough in the bank to do it now or if we needed to wait. I have never been so dissatisfied with a place that I wanted to leave a review but my goodness, if you work in the customer service industry you shouldn't be a blatant jerk about a person asking a question.

Just don't. Not even out of curiosity or desperation.

First Response helped me with a dead battery at my home in South Summerlin. Scott arrived in a van equipped for a variety of repair possibilities. My problem was slightly difficult because the battery tested good, and yet there was no obvious explanation for the drainage. Based on my initial problem description, a new battery was available in the van, but after thorough testing, Scott concluded that replacement would be unnecessary, charging me only the basic fee for a service visit. First Response is a wonderful alternative to a tow truck when a vehicle cannot easily be driven to a mechanic. 5 stars!
