Being a women not knowing much about car repairs. I’ve gone to my dealership and they charge me 3 times the amount for work on my car. I decided to go to @22AutoRepairs and they did it for a third of the cost and I was so pleased with the service given to me and the repair to my car. Thank you so much.

I don't normally leave reviews that often, however for this shop in particular I've had them do my front struts and the prices around the Chicagoland area quoted me about 1 grand to do the work. I supplied the both parts and Jason and the mechanics took good and quick care of my suv. I got it back and about 1 week later I was hearing a humming noise from my suv, I took it to Ford thinking it may have been my PTU fluid being low, but that wasn't the case they diagnosed it to being the right rear wheel bearing and stated it would be 900 for the repair approximately. I called up Jason and he he quoted me 300 for everything. I was on a time crunch and he was able to squeeze me in late that afternoon and the guys got it done. Did I mention it was my left rear wheel bearing going out instead of the right? Not only did ford charge me for a bad diagnostic but Jason and the guys got it right the first time without actually tearing me apart as Ford tried too. A week goes by again and my car has violent shaking from the front end and I called them back up and they did a full inspection and told me it was my right front control arm. My left side would last maybe 1-3 months and advised to do both to avoid paying for 2 alignments and gave me a full diagnostic of what else my suv needed. Jason stated that he isn't after your money, it's your business is what he's after and I will back him up on that. Fair pricing, Great work, I recommend these guys for anything. They have more than earned my business no matter what it maybe.

Terrible experience here, not once but twice since I wanted to give them a chance. First time I had an oil changed done here, somehow in the shop the car got a big screw in the tire. I fixed the flat tire myself and left a negative review here. Owner contacted me and seemed reasonable and i decided to take down the bad review in exchange for the next oil change - free. It came time for the oil change and front desk and one of the owner begun giving me an attitude and hard time as if they are so special that they don't deserve a bad review. And as if they don't make mistakes. I decided to leave. A bunch of scum at this place including the big guy at the front desk and the 2 owners. They are very disrespectful.

My Mustang was involved in an accident where it got hit on the quarter panel. Since I took so long to find a shop to get the repairs done my drive shaft broke on me and the car wasnt able to be driven. A buddy of mine suggested me going to take it to 22 auto repairs to get the damages taken care of. I got my Mustang towed over there and was greeted by Jason, he explained to me the process of how the repairs are gonna go as well as getting the estimate done with my insurance as far as the accident, and then the drive shaft he gave me a price to repair that as well which was paid out of pocket. He got the estimate within the next day and was already able to begin working on my car, he kept me updated with what was being taken care of and giving me the closest amount of time it was going to take to get the job done. They got it done super quick, I also had some scratches on the front panel(no before pictures) but they were able to take care of that as well for me at an additional charge. Overall they made it look like nothing ever happened to the car, and a new drive shaft was put in making the car drive smooth as if it was brand new, great service, great communication, great work, and just about perfect as can be. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone getting any mechanical or body work done to there car!!-Nicolas Lapsa

One of the worst auto shops in the Chicagoland area. They aren’t honest about their work. My sister had her car junk since it broke down after a few months from taking it to this place. She hasn’t taken the car anywhere else only this place. The guy who junked the car told her that her catalytic converter wasn’t original, but when my sister first got the car, the car had all its original parts. She took it in to this place to have the muffler fixed. They didn’t even fixed the muffler correctly. After calling them about it they first refused to admit until they said they would only fix it correctly if we paid them more. The only explanation is that among not fixing the muffler correctly they switch out the original catalytic converter to an old universal one and took other car parts in which they ended up messing up the car. Which is why the car broke down, hence why my sister had to get it junked. To conclude do not take your car here. They are not honest and will steal from you.

3 other shops told me that I have to change the whole transmission after it started acting up until a friend recommended this place and Samir checked my car for free and recommended changing the transmission fluid before attempting to change anything and now my car runs smoothly. Friendly staff, fast and honest service. This is the place to go to if you need honest professional mechanics that know what they're doing.

Billal is very unprofessionalthey have no idea what's customer service, very rude, I've been coming here for 3 years, it's getting worse and worse, billal is the rudest, you talk to him and he ignores you in front of your eyes, one star is honestly too much for them if there's half star or zero stars I would give him zero

I want to start by saying I am very particular about anyone who works on my car. If you're looking for an HONEST, great quality Auto Shop this is your place. The entire staff from the owner, to the shop supervisor, to the mechanics are all top notch. Extremely informative, knowledgeable and accurate about my car's diagnosis. They were thorough with the inspection down to the actual service. Didn't try and do additional work or charge me for something that wasn't necessary, and their prices are extremely reasonable. They took excellent care of my car and didn't start on anything until the problem was explained and had approval to move forward with service. Car is running like new! AAA+++ Service. Highly recommended shop!

Great shop. Guys know what they are doing. If you are looking for reliable and knowledgeable mechanics - look no further. Jason and the team will take best care of your car. They do a ton of work with Toyotas and Lexuses, and can easily identify and fix even very complex issues.

This shop is great. Bilel and Sam are excellent mechanics. Every time I take my vehicle there I am completely satisfied with the service I get. I would highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs.
