On the way back from a late night job our rear right tire went completely flat because of a screw. In no time Michael came out and had us back on the road. I was impressed with how quickly Michael got to our location and got the job done despite how late it was. Highly recommended.

Wow I am so thankful! I was way out of my area and at night and he is literally a life-saver! So helpful, so fast, fixed my tire, brought it back. Honestly a number I’m saving for sure. Great service.

I had a flat and it was going to cost $380 to get it towed. I called up 24 Hour Mobile Tire Shop and he was there in 30 minutes with a new tire. Once he was there, he noticed he could fix the old tire and save me a bunch of money. He fixed it fast and was helpful and nice the entire time. I can’t say enough good things about the experience!

Got a flat tire last night at around 12 am in my Mercedes, called this guy he told me the tire would be $480 with installation and delivery, then when he comes to me 2 hours later, we realize I have aftermarket wheels and he needs a different tire, he said it would be $500 for the tire I actually need (which is already a high price but due to my circumstances I have no other choice) so I told him ok, once he put the tire on he changed the price to $600 FOR 1 TIRE, he got the job done but I just didn’t appreciate the fact he changed prices 3 times, so just look out for that

My mom stucked with a flat tire last night and we found this company on the Google search, the guy spoke Russian which was wonderful because my mom only could speak Russian, he said the if the tire is fixings it will cost $95, he came in “fixed” the tire, my mom paid and he left, a little bit later the same night, she sat in the car and the car was completely flat, she called this guy, to come back and see what’s going on, and he said that he will come in 2 hours, for the fact my mom is 50 years old, and last night she was waiting for him till 3am in the morning and he never responded back or showed up, at least have a nerve to call and say you not coming back and not let woman stay up late because you busy or something Worst service

Попросил данный мобильный салон помочь моей матери , откликнулись на просьбу , доехали , взялись за ремонт колеса и сделали работу максимально некачественно , после повторного возникновения проблемы (через 15 минут)мать позвонила снова дабы сообщить что колесо снова спустило ,на что мастер сказал что вернется через два часа . Все бы ничего, но по истечению ТРЕХ часов мама начала звонить , а в ответ ничего , просто перестали брать трубку . «мужики» , с таким подходом вы не добьетесь успеха в своем бизнесе , плюсом ко всему , вы никогда не знайте кому переходите дорогу . Можете всем коллективом поблагодарить Михаила за данный отзыв о проделанной работе, а если ты занимаешься этим бизнесом один , то можешь поблагодарить сам себя , деньги оставь себе , они тебе добра не принесут .

Addendum: Mike called us back, after leaving this review, wanted to give us a discount, was able to find a tire, however, we still did not utilize his services but appreciated the phone call back. I understand it’s a small business, so I hope he’s able to help others, the call back was appreciated! The reviews seemed promising, so we called, talked to Mike, asked about the brand of the tire, and the breakdown, which seemed pricey ($320) but because of our situation, we thought it would be a good idea. He let us know it would be within 60 minutes, so 7:05, however when 7:15 came around, we called twice, then a third time on a different number and he answered. And let us know it he was “5 min from the shop” and was delayed due to another job, which is understandable, but he wasn’t transparent with us and didn’t let us know (we could have talked to another company to help instead of continue to wait), and when we asked what the new eta time was, he said “5 min” and we replied “no from US” and he said “oh 20-25 min.” Not sure if because we’re females he tried to get away with time and not helping but we waited well over the hour promised, coming up on almost 2. Not sure if I’d recommend someone who’s not consistent with their timeline. Had we been in a remote area, this would be very unsafe.

Don’t bother with this guy. Called him at 1:15pm, he said he would be at my car between 3-4pm and asked me to text him the address. I texted, he confirmed. At 4:45pm I texted asking if he was still going to come. He had his read receipts on and read the message but never responded. Never showed up. Now I’m stuck. Frustrating and unprofessional.

Responded quickly to our messages, came out promptly to patch up my flat that had a piece of glass lodged inside, and didn't waste any time fixing it as quickly and easily as he could for us both! Mike is awesome, professional and incredibly good at what he does. He came fast, gave me a great price and didn't try to upsell me. In fact he helped me save money by finding me 2 of my very rare tires so that in the future I will have a spare ready to go. Being stuck with a flat tire late at night in an unknown area could be incredibly scary but lucky for me the most I wasn't waiting more than 20 minutes. He made me feel so comfortable and even disposed of my blown out tire for me! So don't waste your money on a tow truck!!

Was stuck in the middle of nowhere at 3am, my man got there as fast as he could, brought us waters, and charged a reasonable price. Great service and great communication!
