The owner of this business is very unprofessional! I received service from them and his tire technician went discount happy on his parts and labor. I paid what he told me to pay over $300. Five minutes after I left the shop the owner calls me demanding I pay him $100 more saying I was undercharged. He text and called me for an hour after making threats to me if I didn’t pay him. Very weird behavior from a business owner.

Came in on a tire showing wires all the way around, lug nuts stripped cuz they are the kind that has the garbage caps on them, they got me a new tire on my car in no time🥰 Very nice set of guys working here 24/7,. They never close! All the other tire places didn't open till around 8:30 am and it's only 7am so I needed a tire fast To get home cuz I'm not from Houston. If you need a good tire fast just come to these guys, they will fix you up and get you back on the road quick. Also they do roadside assistance. Can't beat that!

I am new to Houston & I just so happened to have a tire blowout, on 59/69 north near the Collinsworth/Cavalcade exit, so I called AAA and was going to have them to transport me to another tire shop that I had googled nearby but AAA recommend "24 hour Tire Connection" off Collinsworth and I am so glad he did, best decision ever. Mike the technician & his uncle were awesome staff. They were fast and friendly & not to mention very reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend this tire shop to anyone in the area. Thank you guys for making my experience a quick & easy one.

Blew a tire on my trailer at midnight, and nobody was open. These guys were available and did a great job fixing the rim and putting a new tire on it. They were life savers.

I respect the owner is cool people, but his workers are the issue they lack on trying to help people just sit there and have full conversations when work need to be done would make the owner looks bad and I know he don’t run his business like that

They saved me last night, I had 2 flats and my roadside assistance was of no help!! They came to my location and replaced my tires. I am thankful and greatful for their service.

While on our way to San Antonio, we hit an object on the freeway and our 30 series sidewall instantly blew. It was around 9PM and these guys were the only ones that returned my voicemail. We crawled off the freeway to stop in parking lot for safety. These two African American guys show up in a clapped out Ram pickup that reeks of weed. They quickly jack up my Audi and start wrestling to get the wheel off the hub. Audis have lug nut caps and these two knuckle heads start using a screw driver to get them off instead of using a needle nose or removal tool. They take my wheel and tire to their shop and come back 30 minutes later to find that the replacement tire they installed on the wheel is leaking. It is also the incorrect size. They take the wheel and tire back to their shop and return an hour later with yet another tire and size on my rim. This one is holding air. I don't get into San Antonio till 2AM thanks to this company. Next morning I look at my rim and it is all scraped and scratched up. Only call these guys if you have hours to burn and want your wheels ruined.

Sold me a used tire with a patch on it..I was wondering what was taking them so long to find a tire.. I ask the man did he have one cause he was taking a while.. a week later tire on flat go to another tire shop in they show me someone patch it up already 60 dollars wasted smh

These guys came to save my day and were so fast!!! I had a metal piece fly into my lane and had no way around it! Unfortunately, it ruptured my tire very badly! I was able to make it off the fwy and to a gas station. Luckily, I found them on google maps and they were prompt to answer! Within 10 minutes, maybe less, they were there. They took off my bad tire and came back with a new one! The gentleman gave me an upfront price and that’s what I paid. They were quick, respectful, and got the job done! From start to finish, maybe 30 minutes? And I was on the road!

Called before I came to see if they had my tire and the man on the phone told me they did but when I got there they said they didn’t have it.. the man told me that just be telling anybody yes just so they can come 🙄..whoever answers the phone is bad for business..also told me to come the next day and they might have my tire 😐 …lying Is crazy ..please take accountability for your actions 🤣

If I could do zero stars I would, this place is terrible I wouldnt recommend anyone come here. This place tried to charge me almost $200. I went somewhere else and they only charged me $70. Aweful customer service.

My nephew had a flat on the Freeway and we called ahead to see if they had the tire....this was at 11:30pm. This wasn't the first place we called but, by the the time the wrecker pulled the car to a safe place he had sent the address to the establishment and called us to make sure we were enroute and we arrived and was serviced in less than 15 minutes total and were on our way back to the car because we brought the tire to them but, they will come to you...

Place is a scam. One of their workers tried to get me to leave my car to go across the street bc they weren’t accepting debit. Wasn’t that’s crazy and definitely was prepared for anything. Whoever that man was with the golds is his mouth ,was the one who told me that. Not only after me leaving i blocked the “ icloud” bc they texted me off of it after calling the shops number that was listed, just for them to call me back on a different number questioning me why i left. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK TO THE LOCATION. should’ve read the reviews before arriving. if you’re looking for a reasonable place, make sure to call, look at reviews. to say this was a “black owned business “ yall wrong for this. btw they also do tow services. the tow man didn’t look professionally dressed, nothing abt this place was professional. Basically every worker i saw in site looked weird to me. Glad i left.

My tire basically burst on my way home, I used my roadside assistance to have my car towed to 24 Hour because all major tire chains were closed, since I was determined to get my tire fixed same night, I went with the first 24hr shop I saw close. It wasn’t until I pulled up that I started to read the reviews (Yelp), and they scared me. However, I can honestly say the 1 star reviews do not reflect my experience, hence the 5 stars. I was helped immediately and was driving away in less than 30 minutes for a price that shocked me, I was expecting to pay about $50 more than I did. I don’t know much about tires but the one I got seems to be a good one. If you’re in a bind don’t be afraid to come to this shop, they did a great job and I had no issues with the customer service.
