Never have I experienced such excellent and exceptional service than with the kind people who work and own this business. And the prices are just as cool as the service! Highly recommend this place

If I could give 0 stars I would called multiple times no answer I thiught it was 24 hours. I still drove by and asked and some guy outside said "we don't wanna fix your tire go somewhere else" then told his dog to bark at me to leave. I gladly left before dog started to bark worst "tire shop" ever. 0 stars!!!!!!!

So I Had Blow Out Two Of My Tires Last Thursday December 5th Paid 120 For Two Tires This Thursday December 12 both of my new tires are flat the front is so bad it look like a blow out and I haven’t even been driving my car then I pulled up the the suppose to be 24 hour shop they not even open ! False advertisement! It’s so ghetto here They Live In The House That they change tires at and still not 24 hours then the owner girlfriend lies so bad she told me that the machines are frozen when I don’t need no machine I have my own tire they can change they don’t require no machine then when I tell her that ole now it’s the mechanics on his way idk what time he gone be here but can I back up so she can put her kids in the car so she came take them to school , now mind you it’s 7:00 am and they are suppose to be 24 hours like howwwwwww . This place is not reliable at all if you can make it to another tire shop go please don’t waste you time or money here !!!!

I arrived at 6:50 a.m. and was never waited on. (I left at 8:10.) I had to leave to find another tire repair shop. Two hours late for work.

My tire was damaged beyond repair & wasn't in stock but Mr. Heavy put my donut on for my safety. I was very relieved they're opened 24hrs & have tap pay!!

You will be waiting for hours if you come after 5pm. They had a young child walking around giving directing and constantly asking if you want to buy windshield cleaner. I do not recommend this place . There are many other places to go. It barely any workers as well so if you want to be waiting hours then this the place for you

Do not use this service— just pay for a tow truck and bring your car to a legit shop. Kay (the manager) is non-communicative and changes the cost of services without explanation. The only time she answers the phone is for payment. They also gave me a used tire that looks like it’s in horrible shape. I don’t blame the technician, he was just doing his job. The manager is the problem.

Mr. Heavy is TOP! He managed to give me a hand AFTERHOURS, and quickly! I highly recommend this shop if you're looking for assistance in a pinch, and help with future automobile repairs! Ask for Heavy! That guy is incredible, quickly and very informative!

Got me in really quick. Prices were extremely fair like standard pricing for 24 hour access. They have tons of used tires in stock as well. Luckily, I only needed to be patched. Definitely coming back here again.

Great service! Had a flat tire late at night and they had a someone come pick the tire up, patch it and install it very quickly. Definitely recommend!

1st time here , 1st time impression, I came to this tire shop because they were highly recommended. Aug 30 2024 9am Front gate locked , repeatedly blew my horn for 1 hour and called the business telephone. The business phone number, nobody answers but the voicemail claims “yes we’re open” . Can’t leave a message because voicemail is full. The place is called 24 hour tires but nobody was there. Luckily there are multiple tire shops in the area. One on 89th and Ashland and one on 9000 Ashland. I can’t recommend 24 hour tires , maybe they are 19 hour tires🤷🏾‍♂️. Unacceptable

Best tire shop ever! Those guys helped me when I was helpless and powerless! I was stranded and called everyone, every 24 hour shop listed and nobody answered but these guys. And it's a wonderful setting great atmosphere! Thanks Dave and team!

Came in to get two front tires for my Benz Gle .. great quality and with good prices … also the kid can def hold a good conversation I liked holding the snake … come in and get your tires done

Great customer service, everyone was pleasant and greeted me with a smile. Angel worked on my car and he was very polite and efficient. I was out less than 15 minutes. I wish I remember the owners or manager name but he was also very helpful

They honestly saved the day for me! My car and tire were unfortunately hit by stray bullets.They were able to immediately replace my tire and get me rolling again. The staff were great!

We got a flat by Dwight, all the tire spots were closed. They happened to be open so we drove there. Fastest tire change I ever seen. Great price too. I would definitely recommend them. Big shout out to heavy.
