I have used this company before and they are excellent. I called at 5pm in the middle of rush hour to request service for two very heavy work trucks. The technician arrived very quickly and work was done efficiently and professionally. 10/10 would recommend.

Scott was FAST!! He changed out 2 tires for me in less than 15 minutes, in 90°+ heat in midafternoon direct sun! He was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and gave me peace of mind that I'd be able to get back on the road again! Fantastic service, I highly recommend them if you're in need.of some help!

*NEWEST UPDATE* Joann has agreed to pay the price of my rim. Here’s the catch, I am not getting all my money at once because “Business isn’t too good”…. Instead I’m asked to request a certain amount on Cash App, nickel and diming.. and I have no idea when I’m gonna get one of these payments. *UPDATE* They have blocked my number in an attempt to act as if they didn’t do me dirty!!! I recently went to a concert at the Frost Bank Center. Upon arrival I notice my tire is flat and call 24hr. Keep in min, I take good care of my car I have decent rims that I’m cautious about. A gentleman shows up 2 hours later to take my tire “ 5 miles away” and has a gentleman by the name of Jayden come back 3 hours later… Jayden and the prior gentleman had made it very clear that my rim was ok when they looked at it. When my tire came back I was Appalled. The whole outside edge all the way around my rim is chewed up.Not to mention the massive dent in the backside of the rim that was not there before they left, so tires do not hold a bead and slowly leak. I spent $308 on this service and the tire they put on my car was a size too big and rubbed when I drove now I have been in contact with a few members of this company and just want reconciliation. To Roxy You are an amazing employee. You deserve a raise girl. And the same goes for Jaden. But other people need to try and me make this right with me. I was done wrong and a new rim costs $230. That’s all I’m asking for. I can deal with the rest, just please make this right. I paid $308. If you paid me for a rim, you as a company still made 78 dollars on that job. Please yall it’s not right.

We attended a concert this month on the 16th @ the frost bank center in San Antonio and we noticed that we had a flat so we looked up a Mobile tire service and we found this company.. We call them and asked if they had a tire.. The lady told me she was going to text me off a number and we could communicate there.. so we did.. mind you this process started at 6:54 pm.. the lady we spoke to said they driver will be at our location soon so.. about 8:40 I get a text saying the driver is outside but couldn’t find our car no problem I was able to exit the concert and go meet the guy that took my tire off told me at 9:15 that he had to take my tire and meet with another guy to get a tire that was 5 miles down the road I said okay asked him how long he would be he said give me 30 minutes and I will be right back.. I told him that’s fine I’ll be here.. time goes by and didn’t see or hear from anyone called the lady went to voice mail… I txt her didn’t hear from her for a while.. finally I got through to her asked her what the ETA was for the guy to come back with my tire and rim and this was at 10:15 pm ! So an hour has already past!! I txt her again at 10:45 and said still nothing so we have a ETA on when he will be back she said let me call him .. 11pm I asked again cause I didn’t hear back from her and she said another driver is going but same truck I said with our rim to she said yes different driver same truck and I said okay thank you @ MIDNIGHT THE GUY FINALLY SHOWS up.. he put the tire on and thanked him!! We needed up paying 308$ for a tire that was to big for our car & it was a used tire they destroyed the rim on our car to where it was bent beyond repair.. We called them and told them how bad our rim was and they said they would pay for a rim if we got them a price on it.. so we did my fiancé had been talking back in forth with them to try and figure this all out only for them to block both of our phone numbers from the owners phone to his wife’s phone and the shop phone number that we’ve had contact with… and they do NOT want to give us our money back .. and they will literally make 78$ on this because we just want they money for a new rim! But it’s obvious that they can’t run a business properly…. So be very careful on who you use when you need it .. but we get it an emergency is an emergency’.. but for them to block us instead of handling it the proper way is very poor on there company and how they run things… from a tire being to big to your drivers coming hours late.. and for not owning up to what yall have done isn’t right at all!! Why don’t yall start making things right.. by not doing people wrong!! The only person in this entire company that has done there absolute best to help us is ROXY ! She was willing to go out of her way to help us get our money back.. and do things the right way!! To Josh and Joan!! You mentioned business has been bad.. and you wonder why it has been bad you rip people off and you block there numbers instead of trying to take care of things … You are an operating business that should be running a business and not out here running people cards and lying to them!

I called to get help with a flat tired I asked what the price would be , which I’m sure we all do that; it’s a given , I was told that I had to do a survey sent through text message to get estimate/service after doing survey I got nothing back literally left ghosted no reply no call back ZERO help this 24hr mobile tire service was a waste of time thumbs down so disappointed on the outcome especially after reading such good comments I’m sure these so called “good feedback “ were fake . This doesn’t even deserve a one star , honestly we all experience some type of car issues at one point where we want to act fast and have a reliable service to get the job done and this place did not do that.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin, these guys saved my life, I'm not even a little bit kidding, it's now 5:57 am, after being stranded on the side of the road, on the Southside, by myself. I was so scared, separated from my husband on 20 plus years, I couldn't call him to come rescue me, I knew that I was F$$ked and out of luck this time, and being on my own for the 1st time in a long time, this happened to me at the worst time, And I googled knowing there was no open tire shops open at this hour, and by the grace of God watching after me and my son who I lost just 4 months ago was watching over me, and these guys popped up, I called and they didn't answer, right away I was discouraged, the voice mail said to text or leave a message, so I text, and all I said was "I NEED HELP" they didn't respond right away, so of course I started losing my mind, never been so scared in my life, had absolutely no one to come help me. And then they texted me back, I can't express the breath of air, I received at that moment, They were ANGELS, I swear I'm not making this up, they were wearing WHITE shirts and everything when Joshua arrived very quickly, (I hope I got his name right) within 30 mins or so, to me it was quick, I still thought I was going to feel uncomfortable, at this hour with these "GUYS" at this hour, still could've been badly for a girl alone, BUT HE WAS AMAZING, VERY RESPECTFUL, VERY COMFORTABLE TO TALK TOO, IM NOT GONNA LIE, I WANTED TO HUG HIM AS HE Was leaving, that's how much these guys SAVED MY LIFE, NO DOUBT, I HAVE ALREdy told 3 people about them and honestly I can see myself going any other way from now on if needed, totally recommend them by far, Thanks again for SAVING MY LIFE TRUE STORY, SWEAR TO GOD

Josh and his technician helper SAVED me from hating San Antonio. Coming in from Houston I ran over a wooden post in the middle of I-10 around 9 pm (who tf drops something like that on the highway?!). They went ABOVE and BEYOND in the following ways: -Replacing the tire the same night (had a slightly larger temp tire put on). -Fixed the broken bolts (resulted from me removing the flat). -Going to AutoZone to buy new lugs (I broke 2 of them when I removed the flat). -Finding the proper sized tire the next morning and bringing it to me at my hotel. They were limited on tire sizes the night before because it was late and my tire size is abnormal. Thank you so much for saving my weekend trip. CALL THEM FOR TIRE EMERGENCIES!

Appreciate the mobile service but they scratched my wheel badly then took my wheel to their shop where they put the wrong size tire on after they had the correct tire at the original location. I find it suspicious that they had to take my wheel to their shop and the tire size went up after they struggled on the street. After they completed the work and I noticed the wrong size they refused to respond to any contact I tried to make. They only accept cashapp for payment. And now the tire they put on is already flat with no nails or holes in sight. Other users say they use faulty tires and can't seat or patch them properly.

Got a screw in my tire at midnight and started losing air slowly, I google tire repair and these guys showed up within the hour, got the screw out and got me back on the road

While visiting San Antonio, my truck was vandalized in the parking garage of River Center. I called this establishment and was quoted $225 and a 30 minute response. After allowing that time to pass, it took several calls to be told that it would be another 25 minutes which also came and went. All told 13 phone calls and finally two guys show up in an expedition, quickly take off the ruined tire and state that they have to take it to their shop to mount the new one. After having had to pay half the bill up front, we really had no choice. Their shop says it is 2.6 miles away and yet it took several more calls to find out what was taking so long and a few minutes turned into much longer. When they finally did arrive, they refused to mount the tire and didn’t really want to even let us see it before demanding the reminder of their payment which miraculously went up an extra $40 for “taxes”. Just to be clear at 8.25% the tax would have been $18.56. Being over a barrel and with them having my wheel, I had no choice but to pay them. Horrible service and the tire looks like crap but it did get us home to Houston. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. If we didn’t have to work the next day, we ould have sought out another more reputable establishment the following day.
