Excellent, fast, quality service! Called Ramon and from the time I called and my tire was repaired (nail in tire) was 45min! Pricing was fair for mobile repair service.

Horrible service, I called them and they said they will put a tire on my car that will last 2 weeks to “save me money” when they didn’t have my tire size. After I let the man on the phone know that it would be wasting money, he hung up the phone and said he wouldn’t help me. 09/25/24 around 0630 hours

This guy is totally awesome he came right out to help me with my car late at night he gave me a very very fair price and he came very promptly within 20 minutes he did the job quickly as well he's very professional and I am so grateful because he's a lifesaver for me!! I decided to ask him about his bad reviews because I thought he was so cool how could anyone possibly have been upset and he explained the situation to me and it's a bummer because somebody decided to tell him if he didn't refund the money that they were going to leave him a bad review all because it took him a little too long to get the tire off!!!! How do you say go ahead do what you want and so they left in the bad review but don't let this deter you you definitely want to get your service from this guy!! Thanks Ramon!!! UPDATE: a few days later my dad was checking my tire pressure and he broke the valve in the tire that Ramon fixed I was stuck at Safeway at 1:00 a.m. with a flat tire I called Ramon and just asked for the hell of it if he had what I needed to fix the valve and he came over and helped me with no issue no hesitation and no charge in 20 min. I understand people have bad experiences but it is clearly just miscommunication don't let other people's miscommunication be a reason that you get deterred from receiving good service from this guy. Give him a chance

Charged me $80 to change one spare tire. Offered him a chance to send me back some of the $ to spare him the google review but he said he wasn’t gonna send me any money. Go to this guy if you want to get scammed.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!! HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. HE SHOWED UP AND REPLACED OUR TIRE WITH THE WRONG SIZE THEN TOLD US HE WOULD GIVE US THE RIGHT SIZE AND TO JUST CONTACT HIM THE NEXT DAY TO MEET UP EITHER AT HIS SHOP OR WHERE WE WANTED. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO PUSH THE DATE FURTHER BACK AND KEPT RESCHEDULING UNTIL HE JUST STOPPED RESPONDING ALL TOGETHER. ITS BETTER TO KEEP LOOKING FOR AN HONEST TRUSTWORTHY PERSON THAN TO SETTLE FOR THIS SCAMMER!!

Fast, econmical, and reliable service. They will bring the tire to your location and will replace it. Ramón replaced my tire on the spot with a tire that was slightly smaller. It got me going again fast and I did not have to waste time and money with towing service and tire shops. He told me that he will try to find a tire that is of exact size. Two weeks later he sent me a text saying he has the tire. I went to his place and he replaced within 10 minutes.

Disclaimer: Avoid this service at all costs. If you must use it, NEVER pay in advance. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ramon. While traveling with my husband from LA to SF, our tire got cut about 30 minutes before reaching San Jose, leaving us with a flat tire in the middle of the road in the evening. We found Ramon on Google and called him. He asked for our location and tire size and showed up quickly, saying we were lucky he was nearby and had a tire with him. Although it wasn't the correct size for our car, it had the same diameter. Ramon mentioned he had the proper tire at his home in San Jose and proposed we use the incorrect one just to get us to his place, where he would then put the proper one. He quoted a reasonable price, and we agreed to this plan. Our mistake was paying him the full amount upfront. Ramon put the incorrect tire on our car and gave us his address. We drove there very slowly due to the improper tire and waited outside his house for over an hour. He didn't respond to our calls or messages initially, then finally said he would be there soon. It was already midnight, so we asked if we could complete the service the next morning, and he agreed. We stayed in a hotel overnight and called him the next morning. He told us to come to his house in 30 minutes, which we did. We spent more than two hours waiting outside his house, only for him to stop answering calls and messages altogether. We tried reaching out to him the entire day without any luck. We appreciate that Ramon at least helped us with the incorrect tire, allowing us to drive to the hotel. However, it is completely disappointing and unacceptable to promise something, take payment, and then stop answering calls. This is a fraud! If you have no other options, as we did, and must use his service, NEVER pay in advance. If possible, avoid this deceiver altogether.

I booked an appointment at 9am a day prior and no one showed. When I called I was told I would be receiving a call when he became available. Never called, never showed. Bad communication.

Everyone has there experience so I can only share from my experience. I just want to ‼️WARN‼️everyone else since my friends said even if I got a bad experience don’t keep it in, save others Got a flat tire earlier this Tuesday and saw that this service had a 5 star rating. Called the number and the guy showed up after 45 minutes. Thought that he help replaced with a used tire but after started to realized that this tire he replaced was pretty warned out. I tried to call and text him many times throughout the 2 days and until that morning when I drove to the gym 5 minutes from my house that same tire popped again. And then when I texted him the photo he responded but wouldn’t be giving me a refund of help fix it 😅. Still being in college and being scammed like this even after explaining to them my situation, I was IGNORED. Just want to warn all of you out there, it’s not worth to spend your time and money like this in situation, please watch out. There’s lots of good businesses out there that provide value but this business maybe just cares about profit. 🥲

He’s so nice literally got a flat tire from a pot hole on the free way on cinco de mayo weekend I pulled off the free way. Called him he came straight to me and replaced my tire. Highly recommend him. Friendly, and helpful.

Ramon is amazing. He showed up at a parking lot in Cupertino at 6am after I found a screw in the left rear tire of my car. He got there in 20 mins from when I contacted him and patched and inflated the tire in about 5 mins It's one of those services you never hope you need but are really glad that it exists

This guy just saved my night! Left work only to have my tire pressure light beep at me, and sure enough, I pulled over and found a screw stuck in the back tire. Ramon managed to arrive within 15 minutes of my call, and had the tire patched up and ready to go in another 10 min. Highly recommend if you're ever in the same bind. Thank you Ramon!!

Highly recommend this guy!!! He saved my life! I called him at 8:00 am to request a tire replacement and he showed up at 8:20 with his tools. In just a few minutes, he finished the work so I will be able to go to work on time. Also, the price was reasonable! I will definitely call him again if I pop my tire again!!
