This is the service I got from these people, very unprofessional and kept leaving me on seen, I paid $100 for their service last week and comes to show around the same time they want to charge me $175 then sends me this message as if I interrupted his sleep like come on my guy

This man is basically saving lives. He diagnosed and fixed my car. I had took it too 2 different mechanic shops but Alan showed up and literally didn't mess around. His expertise and masterful skill showed since the moment he arrived and stepped out his vehicle to him shaking my hand. If you want a true mechanic and to have your car fixed the right way. I was shopping around trying to find the best deal for a pre-purchase inspection on a 2023 Tesla Model 3. Alan ended up giving me the best price at $150. I was a bit wary because some other options were $300+, so would that mean I would get a lower quality inspection? I was very happy with the communication, inspection, and service. I had a phone conversation with Alan. I told him my 3 concerns about the car. Less than 3 hours later, he was at the dealership doing the inspection. During the inspection, Alan texted me some updates. After the inspection, he texted me more details and then we talked on the phone. The result of Alan's inspection was: 1. Alan discovered the dealership actually had 2 keycards; the keycards were stuck together and the dealership had told us there was only 1. 2. Alan told me the rear tires were at 60% and front tires at 90%. I asked the dealership to rotate the tires to evenly wear them and they agreed. 3. Alan was able to allay my concern of an unreported accident by saying that there was no signs of body work. 4. I bought the car! Thanks, Alan!

Well well well.. according all the good reviews well not sure wt were the jobs done ?? hopefully was simple things then i ll understand why pleased... more so if not familiar w mecanic.. i can see that... but for whoever whos inclined w car mecanic.. now we get to see the Flaws... i need it something pretty easy to do n heard an astronomic price.. i tryd to explained wt ws my intent but then i wind up w the call hung up on me... lovely 👍👍👍... So michelle t down bellow my experience there ws pretty much kinda like yrs grrrr... As far the cie above when speaks bout pricing n dealer etc... well as far the job i wanted to do.. with regular auto repair was 100 dllrs less then wt u quoted me n fully functional n not just mounted as we discussed... As far my coment bout your price was trying to find out yr expertise ??.. which means high price shld go w speed of the job ..that price u quoted me ws not me geting it cheaper as u mentioned ws bout me giving u 15 mns top to mount the part...all it ws... not the price !!.. higher is price ( m cool w it) pickier i m gona n will tolerate no excuses.. business is business...

Being newer to the area it is always a struggle to find a new mechanic. My search is over. Alan is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Prior I took my car to the dealership and it took 10 days to do a minor repair. Alan took care of my car in a couple hours! Totally worth it. I appreciated that Alan walked me though the repair - I hate feeling like a mechanic is trying to scam. This was NOT the case with Alan - he made me feel at complete ease.

I called and tried to get this person to come and help me, I don’t know who he was but he told me he was gonna charge me $250 to diagnose my car and then charge me $1000 to fix it. But he didn’t even diagnose my car yet to be able to determine what was wrong with it. Shave, tree, mechanic. Do not work with him unless you have money to spend like that but how going to tell somebody that you’re going to diagnose it and then charge them a flat feet to fix it when they don’t even know what’s wrong with it it could be something simple like one spark plug around you can charge me $1000 to fix a spark plug? You’re stupid.

I told him about some of the suspicions I had with the car after I bought it and he came out and helped resolved the issues . He’s a man of honor, integrity, and truly cares for his clients . They originally did a service of brake lubrication but it did not solve my issue. I did not hear back for a while but eventually they got back to me and apologized with a new set of rotors and brakes. I am impressed with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic. I am a satisfied customer.

I can’t recommend Alan enough based off my experience. Communicated efficiently, set clear expectations, and easily exceeded them. Got my car back on the road before the sun went down. Superb hospitality as well. Informed me of what he was diagnosing, invited me to observe the process, and even informed me that his initial estimate was about $20 short due to my vehicle make and model. $20 extra to get my car moving in my situation was barely a premium, but his level of transparency comes as a sigh of relief. Working with Alan feels like having a good friend in a small town who knows what they’re doing under the hood of a vehicle. 5 stars.

Great service! My 1968 Chevy pickup truck needed a tune up to keep it running, and Alan came the same day I called. He arrived early, was very professional, and fairly priced. He gave me updates as he was assessing the engine and conducting the service. He also provided recommendations for additional service to get my truck running perfectly. I'll definitely be calling him again in the future.

Alan helped me when my car wouldn't turn off and I could not find any information online to fix it - what a weird problem to have! First off, he was willing to tell me step by step what to do in order to try and fix the problem myself and even offered to video call me, but I didn't have the necessary tools and preferred an expert take a look at it. It was 8pm when I called and unfortunately he wasn't able to come for 2 hours, which turned into 4 hours. But when he arrived I felt he went above and beyond. He checked multiple systems to make sure the problem resolved and even cleaned and buffed my headlights just because. He has received extensive education in car mechanics, electrical components, and physics and has worked at dealerships as well - I include this to demonstrate that the man knew his stuff. Also, and Women take note, he was genuine and I felt I could trust him - even as I was meeting this stranger at midnight. I would call Alan again, I definitely felt my car was in good hands. Lastly, he gave me good advice about cars too. Would recommend.

Alan is excellent!! and very professional. Just had my brakes fixed. His work looks top tier. He did a better job then most mechanics I've visited in my lifetime. He also explains the situation and helps you to understand as well. Very trustworthy in my opinion. I'm very satisfied.

First off, I’m so grateful that I found this company. Alan is an amazing mechanic who was able to fix my car in under an hour after a previous mechanic was unable to do so. He took the time to explain the repair and was very honest and upfront about what the problem was. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed properly. I will for sure be using him for any future work. Highly recommended!!
