Excelente servicio, estaba entregando una carga en Publix Orlando y el camión se me quedo en la puerta de descarga por una fuga de aire la cual no permitía moverlo, llamé a JD On Road Services y estuvieron en el sitio en menos de 30min. I just spoke to a woman with horrible service I’m stuck on the side of the road first of all the rate for her tires are ridiculous. Secondly I asked this lady what plier tire are you giving me she said as her COMPANY POLICY SHE CAN NOT REVEAL THAT YOU WANT ME TO BUY A TIRE AND NOT TELL ME THE PLIER IT IS SHE HUNG UP AND BLOCKED ME IM LEFT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD I REFUSE TO DO ANY SERVICE With THESE PEOPLE GUYS PLEASE BECAREFUL

So my night was absolutely terrible. We were on our way to see a sick relative in Orlando when our tire blew. So we put on the spare just for it to find out it was rotted and boom it's 1130 pm and we are in the middle of nowhere stuck. I called several places and they told me no. JD ON said yes. They didn't charge me an outstanding amount. They came within the hour and had my family and I on the Rd in less than a half hr. We are so thankful for these guys. Thank you so much. To me they are worth ten stars. The pics are before they came

Great service.I called them , they got my location and some info about my problem also a reasonable price. They came in about 20 min and change my tire and everything went good. Also he showed me a small problem to fix it in the future.I highly recommend them .Keep up the good job .

Wheel mounted wrong went flat again in 3 days. They did not take and dispose of tires for me. They also ruined the wheel locks. Ruined shape so now it’s impossible to get off.

Our tow dolly had a tire blow. They located a tire, came out and repaired. Twenty five miles down the road, the other tire blew. Again the dispatcher and the two repair guys located another tire,and efficiently repaired the problem. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my issue.

This person was the only one out of all the towing services out there that was really willing to help us. The lug nut from my flat tire wasn’t coming off and everyone wanted to charge me a tow service and take me to the mechanic, this person instead came to me and helped me on the road. The price was reasonable, nothing too crazy. Great service!!
