This is my first time leaving a review bc I really need to say that these guys are just amazing. The best pricing I've ever seen for auto repairs, incredibly nice, and they take the time and care to explain to you what you need and why in an easy-to-understand way. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know. If you live on the Eastside I couldn't recommend them more.

Heather and Jesse are great! I highly recommend calling them! They are such kind and respectful people, and work awesome as a team! They were able to come right away, even on a Sunday afternoon! I had a very unusual situation! There was a kitten stuck in the metal frame under my car ! They were able to cut the metal without hurting the kitten! They also had to rearrange the back seat to get to where the kitten was, and cut some of his fur that was caught in this gooey stuff. They put everything back together good as new !!! Now, I have a healthy little kitten :)! Thanks so much !

Heather was absolutely amazing. Her and her partner showed up to my place only 45 minutes after I called and replaced my alternator in less than an hour. 10/10 would 100 percent recommend and will be calling them again in the future if need be.

We woke up to discover one of our cars had a flat tire in the driveway. We called and they arrived within an hour. They removed the tire and the screw in it and they patched the tire / all off for 99 bucks. This is a great service and they are great at what they do. Real lifesavers!

Our alternator went out over the Labor Day weekend. We were very stressed about getting home. I had a friend who said to try a mobile mechanic. Since I had no tools, nor a way to get a new alternator, plus all repair shops closed, I had no choice but to give this a try. Jesse and Heather are some of the most professional, knowledgable mechanics and small business owners that I’ve met in a long time. They kept me up to date on their arrival, they showed me what was wrong while they went through a series of checks and they just made me feel confident in calling them. They were very honest about a few issues that someone without any knowledge would have never known. If you’re ever in need, please give them a call. I HIGHLY recommend them. Definitely 5 stars! Needed an alternator replaced in my Honda Pilot. Wasn't able to get into a shop, so we called Heather and Jesse. They came to our house and had it replaced within an hour and a half maybe 2 hours. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and let us know that we had a solenoid gasket that needed replaced also which was what was causing the alternator to go bad. This was the 3rd alternator we have had to replace within 5 years. They were the only ones able to tell us what was the cause of this issue. We will definitely be calling them for any repairs we have have in the future!!!! We highly recommend them!!! Great customer service, great communication.

Heather and Jesse were so great! They knew exactly what was wrong with my car when I explained what happened late at night and were able to meet us bright and early to fix it. Plus it was an affordable service and done in a timely manner! My car was completely dead and needed a new alternator and now it’s up and running like new again! Also a bonus, they were extremely friendly and personable! Highly highly recommend!! Thank you guys so much!

Kept me updated on ETA. Went on a little test drive with me to see how my car was acting and found out one of my hoses was causing a problem. I was stuck on this problem with my car after dumping a lot of money into it and thanks to them they just saved me a lot more! Super nice, thorough people. My boyfriend called for a fuel pump replacement, and they took out the time of their day to look up somethings, to lead him in the right direction to a small fix he could handle himself while he talked him through it. Great people, and was even a great quote if he did have to come all the way out! Highly recommend!

My serpentine belt and idler pully few apart leaving sharonville today. Called 24/7 mobile mechanic and they had me back on the road in less than a hour and a half. Definitely recommend for all of your emergency mechanic needs !!!! Super polite and very skilled at what they do.

Our son’s car died a few miles from his apartment. I called and spoke with one of the owners and he offered to go right over. The communication was excellent. All our questions were answered quickly and they had the car running in 20 minutes. They also diagnosed a few things we did not know about and gave us feedback about addressing those in the near future. They went above and beyond to help us and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them if you ever need them.

Can't speak for the Mechanic work itself, based on the other reviews, seems they are great. My review is based on the communication. I called Friday and they told me they were busy with another job and would call me back later that afternoon with an ETA. The call never came. I called again Saturday and spoke to a lovely lady, she said she had a few errands to run and they would call me again with ETA. again, call never came. It's now Sunday and I called another local mobile Mechanic and they got to my place within a couple of hours and fix my truck. I'll be leaving a review on them 5 stars.

I got a flat tire and realized my spare had a nail in it. We didn’t want to tow the car and spend a bunch of money so we started googling for a mobile mechanic. I decided to give them a call based on the great reviews and they were able to come the same day and change out my tire. Definitely recommend them if you’re in need of a mobile mechanic!
