I recently got myself into a bind with a friend's car. I had to pay out of pocket to fix a dent. I'm so thankful that God led me to the right repair man. We dropped off the car on a Thursday, and we had it back by that following Sunday. William knew my situation, and he worked with us. The process was painless and easy, and under $1000. The job he did was remarkable, and the car looked brand new. I'm so thankful for his craftsmanship and good customer service.

Excellent customer service. Can't thank William Bedolla enough for the great job performed in my vehicle. My car is riding nice and smooth now after they replaced the rear wheel bearings and front suspension control arms that were in terrible condition in my Ford Focus Titanium 2015. They are honest, reliable and won't try to bill or add parts that your vehicle don't need. They actually give u back the bad/removed parts from the vehicle. They provide pics and video of their findings which helps understand the problem. To make things even better, this shop provides a two year warranty on the repair through Technet, which also includes roadside assistance. This shop will be my official mechanic going forward. Keep the great job guys!

Fixed my vehicle promptly and for a great price. Employees were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this shop. Returned to get the windshield and serpentine belt replaced. Same excellent service and fair price. This place is the best !!

Mr. William Bedoya is the owner of this repair shop and he was circulating constantly overseeing every part of his shop. You cannot go wrong with this type of operation. I contacted Mr. Bedoya this morning for an oil change and my car was being taken care of within the hour. I gave up on a big name dealership when they would not reimburse me for a 3 month old battery which was leaking and must have been bad when it was placed in my car.

Mr. William helped me out himself. Engine went out in my car. He ordered on a Thursday got it Friday and my car was back out on the road Tuesday afternoon. Spoke about the best route to take and he made it happen. Definitely will continue do business with these guys.

Si tienes problemas con tu carro y estas buscando un buen taller de confianza, donde la prioridad sea el servicio y la satisfacción del cliente puedes ir a 290 autoRepair. He llevado mi carro a varios mecánicos y siempre han intentado cobrar por cosas que no necesito hacer, hasta que encontré este taller donde la sinceridad y la transparencia de su personal me han hecho sentir seguro, me dijeron exactamente lo que necesitaba mi carro incluso pedi hacer un cambio de suspensión porque pensaba que era uno de los problemas de mi carro pero me lo examinaron y me dijeron que si queria me hacian el cambio de suspensión pero que no era necesario que mi suspensión estaba en perfecto estado. Asi que si quiere transparencia y que no le cobren de más amigos mios les recomiendo sin lugar a dudas este lugar.

TL;DR : Best Body Shop customer service experience I was looking to have my car repaired under an insurance claim. Im glad I came here and got my car serviced by the good people at 290 Auto Repair & Body Shop. This is the best body shop in Houston that I will now recommend. Customer Service - I always felt like I was being treated fairly. The initial interaction and the process went very smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about the work getting done or following up on anything. When the car was ready, the shop asked me to come take a look at it and make sure I was satisfied with the work before finalizing the process. Quality of Work - Very good quality of work once I returned for my car. It was as if nothing had happened to the car. The paint color was a great match. Prices - Unable to comment as this was an insurance claim. However I did ask for pricing on a few things and the prices quoted seemed reasonable. Overall a really good experience especially when repairs and auto maintenance are not things we usually like to spend time out of our day doing. Will be coming back to them for auto repair work when I need it.
