Although I was not able to use their service as my car broke down in HB (far from LA way down in OC) and had to be towed to a nearby shop before i could get it to her..I have to say that Cheyenne was super helpful and attentive over the phone. They offered to help me and gave me some pointers on what it could be. They even offered to rearrange their sched next a.m. to help me. Sadly i had to pick up my sister that evening and we got stuck on PCH. Thanks so much Shy.

The smartest mechanic I’ve met. Dealership mechanics couldn’t even diagnose my car issue. She came out inspected my car and had the diagnostic within minutes. Shy is very knowledgeable and ingenious. She figured out how to fix a door cable so that I didn't have to buy a $150 part from Ford. She did a full computer scan for my Van and talked me out of unnecessary parts. She gets us on the Road at an unbelievably good price. Highly recommend.

They came out to fix our brakes that were faulty from another repair shop we had picked our car up from earlier that day. They came to our location, worked extended afterhours, were detailed in explaining what was wrong, helped with documentation and pictures of the previous repair shop's errors and provided a service at a fair price. Would definitely use this mechanic again!

GO TO A ACTUAL MECHANIC THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY’RE DOING . Truck was running just fine before she worked on it, only had her do a radiator switch and tune up then my truck did not start anymore and had wires cut and soldered back together just to start again. She said she could have my truck running overnight and took more than 72 hours of hanging around and taking other calls and leaving my truck part’s around sketchy drunks while she was ‘taking other calls’ … promising she could also do a suspension job then coming to see my truck all dismembered and her saying she doesn’t have the right tools and it’s hard for her to do suspension without the right tools . To sum it up a complete disaster and she had the audacity to try to charge me $1000+ dollars just to give my truck back and shutting off and not tiring back on while driving on the freeway after she put it back together. KEEP HER OFF THE VETERANS HOSPITAL GROUNDS AND AWAY FROM VETERANS, CALL THE VA POLICE OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY , respectfully.

Great service! Shy came through clutch! When I made to work. my friend needed some help with a tire problem... It was 230am and we all know everything is closed... I looked online for 24hrs services and shy poped up... Shy came by in 30min fix the problem. Definitely would give them my business again for any issues.

My car had a transmission issue. I was told it would be fixed that night but the job was never actually accomplished one little bit. I spent money on parts and was told that she threw away the receipts for the job. I finally just sent my car over to an authorized dealership and after the diagnostics was complete I got a report with evidence that nothing at all had been fixed and had to start from square one. A horrible experience. I will stick with experienced dealerships only moving forward.

Had an issue with my car overheating, which is something I've had to deal with before and that time I had to completely replace the engine. Chey was able to diagnose the problem and get everything fixed up in just a few hours. She worked late into the evening to make sure I had everything taken care of so I could drive to work the next day. Absolutely amazing job.

My experience with chey was great she knew what she was talking about and has excellent customer service. I was stranded my alternator had gave out. She was quick to get to me and swap out the old one for a new one and her pricing was very reasonable. If your stuck in pitch or stranded or any car issues definitely call her she’ll get you back on the road

My father finally brought himself a what seem to decent pick up truck from Offer Up. He was so exited to finally have a truck to move around town. He met up with seller brought the truck it’s seem to be in good condition while the seller demonstrating the selling truck to find out, not not more than 2 miles before arriving home the truck stalled and failed on him found out I had a little problems that needed to be checked up on before taking off anyways, thank God he called me to have him get reliable service to his location. In a quick moment Shy had my pops back in his truck driving home. Shyyy even offered to do a diagnose to see if they had any other mechanical problems and sure enough it did have other issues that will need work. Thank you for going out to service my father, B

Went to go to work and my car was cutting off so I made a few calls and ended up with this company. Shy was able to replace my fuel pump same day and I was able to get back on the road within just a few hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs auto repair services.

i highly recommend i was stuck in a pinch and she was able to fix a broken fuel line that I had in the middle of the night. How did not been up to her I wouldn't have been able to make it home to my kids or work the next morning. Also saved me $450 that i didnt have on a tow so big thanks to her!

If there ever was an opportunity for 0 stars this is where I'd start. She's a scammer she doesn't live at this location anymore. I even talked to the manager at the location. She ran off with $200 worth of parts I paid for. Wanted to charge me $350 for a diagnostic when I told herbthe problem from the beginning. She blocked me on both of her phones"DONT TRUST HER"

She was great! I got a screw in my tire and had a slow leak - didnt notice for a few days until the light came on. I called her on a Friday night at 7pm and she was at my place at 8 pm. Took her about 40 mins to get the plug in, in the dark, and was able to drive by 9. Was very polite and affordable. I actually went to Pep Boys a few days later to see if i needed further work done and to make sure I wasnt leaking any more. They said the fire wasnt leaking and I was good to go!

I had a horible experience with this company. I was over charged and my tire went flat after 1 day. I could not get a refund, and she told me to bring her my flat tire. ( a moble repair company) and she would fix it. Of course everything changed once she got my money in her hand. SCAM!!!

Chey saved me. I recently broke down with my car mid traffic in rush hour. I lost the coolant reservoir tank cap and consequently coolant fluid leaked. Chey was able to analyze the problem based on a photo of the engine block and was on site a few minutes later with coolant fluid and a replacement cap. Thanks to her expertise and pragmatic approach, I was able to continue driving after a short time. The next day, she had already organized the original spare part and checked again that everything was in order. She had listed all the possibilities of what could be done, but advised me on the cheapest solution and was able to tell me exactly what to look out for. I really appreciated her work, advice and her availability. I will definitely contact Chey again if I have any issue with my car.

My car was dead. She said she thought it was the alternator. Turns out it was. Instead of having me have to get a new one, she repaired and cleaned the one I had. Car runs great now. Will call her again when I need repairs!

This person was legit a scam. She told me she could fix my car and gave me a quote so I let her do the car. She spent over 6 hours trying to remove a alternator. Then proceeded to tell me that she can gets the parts for free cause of warranty and i would just be paying for the labor which she said is $400 She didn’t have a car so I had to pay her to go to autozone and Oriley through Uber. She’s gets there they have won’t take the exchange cause it was never brought from them. So now 11 hours of having my car she says well I can fix the alternator for you. I told her I am good you’ve had my car for 7+ hours and have not managed to do anything. She threatened to bust my windows after I told her I wanted my tools back from her. I would not recommend unless you want to be scammed or dealing with a druggie.
