I did something stupid in my dark garage. I put water in the wrong place. Being out of windshield wash, I put water in the coolant reservoir, thinking it was the right place. I panicked when I realized it so googled the nearest mechanic that was open. I called and he was so nice. He told me to wait while he found out what type of coolant my car uses. This was minutes before closing and I’m a stranger to him. He called later to reassure me that it would be ok. I stopped by his place and he rescued me and solved my problem. Very kindly and efficiently.

I have nothing but good to say about this business. The owner is fair and honest. The business is family owned and easy to deal with. When I say honest, and not just out for your money I mean it! I towed my car to this garage, at 7pm btw. They immediately did a cursory look and then said they would let me know in the AM. Turned out there was major damage to the engine due to a parts failure. Now they could’ve given me a VERY expensive estimate right then and there and I would have been none the wiser. Instead they referred me to the dealership, as he said the part was under recall. Well, I’m getting everything done FOR FREE at the dealership. From my family to yours thank you for your honesty!

Took my Jeep in to get the rear drums replaced. They were super transparent and very friendly. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Also very fair prices. Great shop great workers!

Tried to charge me 207$ for a can of high end fuel injection cleaner that I happen to know is 30-40$ maximum at any other place that sells it. The counter person had to go and talk to the technicians (before I even got in the front door) to ask if she could sell it to me. Once I located the product inside near the counter I showed her the product I wanted and told her I that I didn’t need help putting it in my gas tank and I needed no service to my vehicle and I just wanted to buy the fuel injection cleaner. She still needed to take my name and phone number and make/model as if I were dropping off my car with them. I thought fine whatever so now they have my information. She then said she had to go talk to the technicians again. THEN she comes back in and tells me it will be 207$ and change! I asked if she was sure and she said yes. I don’t know if she made a mistake or accidentally rang up a case of it but it sure felt like they thought I was stupid or they charge people different prices based on whether or not they like the way you look or if they think you have lots of money (I don’t). I will find another mom and pop shop to give my hard earned money to. If you don’t want someone’s business just tell them to their face instead of trying to insult their intelligence.

This place is good, but they way overprice their oil changes. At least for me, it cost around $100 the last time I went here and I was told that a dealer or anywhere else is the same or more expensive. Definitely not true.

I needed an emergency service 30 minutes before closing. 303 and Bonner the technician came to my rescue. They were finishing up the last car and graciously stayed a bit later to tend to my vehicle. A truly service oriented business that knows their stuff when it comes to Auto work. Quick too !!!

I’m not a mountain driver, and today I learned how to burn up a set of front brakes coming down a steep incline at 5pm on a Sunday, when lots of other places were closed. The gentleman who helped us out, Danny, was kind, upstanding, and straightforward, and he gave us options on whether or not to fix our brakes now. With his assurance that we could make the rest of our cross-country drive safely (if with a bit of a wobble), we made the decision to forego the fix today. And he even explained what we could do to prevent damage going forward. If I’d had the funds, I would have felt very good about spent more here. But I really appreciated him being honest and giving us options to make that decision for ourselves. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend 303 Auto Care enough! Bonner and Danny are truly the best in the business. They are incredibly honest, hardworking, and always provide great value for their services. Every time I've brought my car in, they've gone above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of, and they explain everything clearly. It's refreshing to find a shop that you can trust completely. If you're looking for top-notch auto care, this is the place to go!

303 Auto Care is the BEST in the west! They have always taken care of me and my vehicles. They have worked on a few of my trucks and fixed them in a timely manor to perfection. Danny and Bonner are very personable and listened to me about the issues going on and got them taken care of. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Support your local shops. These guys are awesome! I always bring my truck here for all repairs. The service is great starting from the front door. Adele is amazing and is quick to send all communication and documents needed for approval. Amanda is very knowledgeable and always looks for problems ahead which saved me a few times already. They have a great service team at this dealer starting from the Managers to the mechanics.

We were passing through on a road trip and called from 2 hours away to see if they could look at our car today, they said yes and we believed them. When we arrived the lady we spoke with on the phone remembered talking to us and what she said. When she went to get the technician, he said he didn't know anything about our issue, and it would be Monday before someone who knew anything about it could look at it. He finally agreed to put us on the wait list and see if he could get to it today but we left because we were losing valuable time waiting on someone who didn't know what they were doing and had led us astray by telling us to come on today to get it checked. He was also rude.

Got my oil changed at Firestone and they told me I had a cracked part that needed to be repaired right away but they didn’t have the part. Luckily this place got me in super fast on super late notice and seriously saved my hide! Very friendly and quick service - thanks so much team! Will be coming here from now on.

I brought my car in for a used car inspection, and got a very detailed run down. They even re-checked the car after I had reiterated a problem I had been hearing. The lady at the front desk on Saturday was awesome! Very frank and knowledge staff! Will definitely be taking my car here again!

Went in for an alignment after a friend put some new parts on the car (they advised against letting friends do work on the car but didn’t make me feel bad about it). I watched them lift the car multiple times and test drive it multiple times! Very thorough! It wasn’t even part of the service I requested but they got rid of a terrifying screaming sound that started post new parts, and a terrible clunking sound. They even explained what was making which sound and what they did to repair it- all without making me feel dumb (when it comes to cars, I am). They fixed all of it up for me and made sure it was in great condition to drive and didn’t try to aggressively upsell like the big places do. I mostly interacted with malachi and Bonner (sorry if I butchered your names) but all of the people were friendly and fantastic at what they did. If I wasn’t moving, this would forever be my go to auto shop.

awful mechanic, came in just wanted my car inspected. my windshield wipers had an issue where they’d go off the windshield, i took it in just for inspection and they broke them completely. had to fix it myself. i paid $150 to have my windshield wipers worse than when they came in. thanks a lot
