Zach and his partner were incredibly helpful and responsive when my car was stuck in a parking lot and needed a battery replacement. They answered my initial call, obtained the battery and were at my car within an hour. The jumping and replacement took less than 15 minutes and was fairly priced. I can’t express how kind and accommodating they were. I would definitely recommend their services!

Future customers Just check the price before they do. They charge more than Dealers. The service is not after hours or at roadside emergency or diagnosed and fixed the issue. For 10 minutes job, charge of 150$ +7.5$ transaction fees is too high. They said that that’s the minimum they charge.

Zach was such a joy to work with and really helped me out when in a tight spot. He was able to look at my car next day and was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy when helping me out! Being a person who knows nothing about cars I’m always nervous about who I can and can’t trust but I didn’t feel this was AT ALL with Zach and he was able to communicate everything to where I understood it and didn’t upsell me on anything. His pricing was also extremely fair! 10/10 recommend for anyone needing any car repairs or maintenance!

I had a fantastic experience at this auto mechanic shop! The owner was incredibly nice and took the time to inspect our car thoroughly. He quickly identified both rear brake problems that we weren't even aware of. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of honest and reliable auto service! 5 stars!......

Like others have mentioned in their reviews, I highly recommend Zach and 3C Mobile Auto Repair. He worked on two of my vehicles. He only repairs what needs repairing and is completely honest and very communicative letting you know how the repair is progressing. Very reasonable and transparent when it comes to pricing. I 100% will not go to another mechanic going forward.

Brought my phone in for a screen replacement but also had a really bad battery and didn't know about it. But she noticed me about it and replaced the battery free of charge, I definitely recommend them, good blokes and an amazing service.

Exceeded expectations - specifically, Zach and Mike were responsive, quick to diagnose, provided a fair estimate with parts/service (didn’t up charge at all), kept the lines of communication open, and helped with a tow truck recommendation. After flying back into Omaha from Arizona, I was exhausted and unable to drive home a couple of hours away. This was a Friday night/Saturday morning and much appreciated. TL/DR: it’s tough to find competent and credible mechanics, and these guys are it.

The biggest thing I want with any mechanic is honesty. These guys proved to me that they weren’t in it to take advantage, but instead help people. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, and show us that the problem was caused by an improper installation from the previous mechanic. This saved us about $600 in new repair cost. Thank you gentlemen for your integrity.

WOW! It's rare for a service provider to exceed expectations but that is exactly what 3C Mobile Auto Repair did for us today. From my first call at 10am to a resolution at 1:30pm, the communication, the service and the price all exceeded my expectations! Zach was easy to work with, identified and solved the problem quickly and the price was more than fair - especially because he came to me! No waiting room. No tow truck. Zach and 3C will be my first call for all future auto repairs !

3C Mobile Automotive Repair deserves 10 stars! Zach & Mike are honest folks who truly want to help you! They came to my rescue while I was traveling from Colorado in my Class C RV that decided to die at the campground. They were both extremely professional, courteous and most of all trustworthy! From the moment they pulled up I felt confident they would get me going, and these guys work together like a well oiled machine, they were able to diagnose my issue, get the parts, do the labor and have me back up & running within no time! They installed a new distributor on the spot, what a godsend these gentlemen are! I can't thank them enough for their dedication to their profession, they care deeply about what they do and the Service they give. My father's truck broke down while leaving Omaha the day we were moving them out of their house. It was a stressful situation after a long and exhausting day. I can't speak to how grateful we are to have found Zach and 3C. He was very courteous, customer-centric, and fair-priced. He worked into the evening and the following morning to replace our cracked radiator and got us on the road much earlier than we expected the next day. My son and I were leaving Omaha on I-80 when my pickup started steaming over the hood. Lucky for us, we found Zach and 3C Mobile Automotive. We were greeted with friendliness. Zach found the problem and stated he would have ready the next day. Since it was getting late and auto parts were closing, we found a place to stay. I just wanna say these guys are the REAL DEAL.. I'm very mechanically inclined and was stuck on a head light issue that had me stuck for a couple of years due to time restrictions on my schedule so I reached out to these guys and they tackled the problem n got me back on the road promptly. I was having some ABS issues with my car and the dealer couldn’t get me in for a week. I contacted 3C and spoke with Zach. He got me in right away and they got the problem solved. My girlfriend and I drove up from Lincoln to the IMAX in Iowa. We had just gotten the car back from our local mechanic for some preventative maintenance, including replacing the timing belt. Near to Iowa, our car started making a troubling sound and the check engine oil light came on. After parking, we checked and our oil levels were fine and we weren’t sure if the car was safe to drive. Unfortunately, it was also 7 pm on a Saturday. I saw that this place was still open and gave them a call. The man who answered said that he couldn’t make it out to us like he normally would do, but that if we could get our car to him he could take a look at it. We had AAA tow the car to him, getting there around 8:30 pm. The mechanic spent about 15-20 minutes looking at the car, talking us through with what he was doing and thinking, before letting us know that he thought the issue was with a camshaft/lifter, but that we should be okay to drive it back home to Lincoln to have our mechanic there take a look at it. He refused to take payment and even told us to call if we ran into issues on the way home and he would do what he could to walk us through anything. We thankfully made it back to Lincoln and had our mechanic look at it, who confirmed that OBD codes were showing a camshaft mistiming, although by the time we took it to the mechanic the symptoms we were experiencing had gone away (including, eventually, the code). The man from Omaha who helped us was a life safer and I would highly recommend him if you ever need help.

When my car wouldn’t start, I had reached out to Zach as his company was open whereas other repair shops were closed. Zach came all the way out to check out my car and he found the issue in my car that my previous mechanics were unable to diagnose. Zach was able to get the car going and get it taken to his shop. From there he fixed the issue entirely and my car has been running great since. Not only are his services very reasonably priced, but he was also VERY friendly, honest, and helpful. My car is dealing with a fuel issue right now and you can bet I’m going to take my car straight to him for this as well as any future issues.

Zach is amazing! I had my check engine light come on this evening (Easter night). I’m driving 8hrs tomorrow morning for work. I called, and Zach told me to bring it right in. I told him I could wait until the morning. He said he would get me in tonight since I have to leave tomorrow morning! Great customer service and an amazing person! I will continue to do business with him!

I had a great experience! They were professional and very kind. I originally thought I was going to need to have my starter replaced. But they were very thorough and kept me from having to spend all that money and time. I was on my road trip the day of and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready for my trip on top of fixing the issue. I highly recommend!!

I wouldn’t go to anyone else! A few months ago my truck was stuck in my garage, not able to start and based off the reviews of others on here I decided to call C3. They made it to my house fast and got it started no problem! It’s a life saver to not have to worry about getting it towed, then waiting however long in a parking lot until someone can take a look, and arranging transportation to go pick it up when its ready. I didn’t have to worry about that with Zach and Mike and I knew I could count on them for whatever future issues I had. Fast forward to last Sunday, I text Zach because my cars making a whirling noise coming from the wheels. He got the problem diagnosed, gave me a fair quote, then found out that the component that failed was fixable and let me know it’ll cost even less! Go here, you’re going to be treated well.
