I've always struggled to find an honest auto shop in Rochester, so I decided to give 3T's a try. I requested an appointment online and Rick was very prompt in getting back to me, even right before a holiday weekend. There was a noise coming from my car, but I wasn't sure what it was -- Rick was a great communicator every step of the way & fixed the issue quickly. So professional, honest, and reasonable. Would trust this man with my life (ok maybe just my car). Will definitely be back!!

Rick is a super nice guy, 100% open and honest with everything. Does great work at a fair price, I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my truck besides him.

Knowledgeable, honest, and customer friendly. I had a check engine light coming on and off he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I just want to say thank you for such great service, not only for myself but my brother too. So timely, very reasonable prices with quality service and an explanation for what or why things should be done and when without having to ask. I will most definitely return and recommend to all.

Can’t say enough about this new garage in North Chili. Went there today to have a inspection done, first time in my life I’ve ever had someone actually check the air pressure in my tires for an inspection. Rick is very meticulous in the work he does, and a honest guy which is hard to find in the automotive world. For your next automotive need I would absolutely recommend 3T’s Automotive at the corner of Buffalo Road and Westside Drive.

Squeezed me in for an inspection. Courteous, friendly service. Nice to have a automotive repair shop right in N. Chili. I would definitely recommend them for you car service needs.
