For years and years I had the same mechanic, and then he retired. I was completely burned by a mechanic that I had to find afterwards and I truly felt an actual loss because I did not know what I was going to do as we all need a mechanic every now and then. The difference in having a mechanic and having an amazing mechanic is major! By far 3T's mobile automotive repair is the most amazing I've ever had to deal with. Not only are they cost-efficient, they are honest, they care for you and any questions that you may have, and in zero way are they out for your pocket. I have 1,000% recommend!

Ben responded to my call afterhours, and texted me back and set an appointment to check my Son's car for me. He was early to the appointment and knocked it out quick! Fixed and on the road! Thanks Ben, we will call you when we need you again!

I called him to see his fee, he asked what is wrong with it tried to explain he cut me off told me his fee then asked where we were we said Ocala he rudely said he knows but what part then told us when he can be here. Was very rude the whole time on the phone.

Great experience with 3T's Mobile Automotive Repair out of Dunnellon. We drive an Audi Q7 and my last inspection by the Audi dealer said I needed to replace all 4 front upper control arms as the bushings were shot. Only wanted to charge $2,106.51 for this experience followed by a $684.75 alignment. I knew that was way out of line. Got another quote from a non-Audi shop and their bargain price was $2,466.22 including alignment. I was able to order the replacement arms myself from RMeuropean in Colorado for $325.20 for all 4 vs the $260. each from my other two quotes. 3T came to our home and replaced all four for the grand total of $231.00. Great service! Can't recommend him and his skills highly enough. His first estimate was over $300. for his labor, but since it took less time than he quoted he reduced his price. Talk about honesty! He will be doing all of our auto repairs from now on. No wonder he has all 5 star Google reviews!

Great guy gave me lots of options for my fix pricing is on point with bigger shops the added plus is he come to you so your car won't sit until forever.. shows the before and after and explains the work... Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Had some work done to my truck in South Florida before moving up to Dunnellon. Truck had the 'check engine' light turn on not to long afterwards. Found 3T via a Google search and bookmarked it. After the move, I called him and set up an appointment for a diagnostic. A few days later he shows up, explains the issues, and gives me options as to what I can do. Left it completely up to me without any pressure. I let him know that I was going to go with the initial, cheaper option to begin with and we'd work our way from there if need be. We set up another appointment for the work to be done a few days later. He let me know that the expensive option is a never ending ordeal that wouldn't be worth it for me. Yea, he actually said that it's worth it for him since he'd have work but, not worth it for me...the customer. Explained to me why it's so expensive and showed examples of the damaged hardware so I could come to a proper decision. My parents used to always speak of lifelong mechanics when I was a kid - mechanics you'd use for as long as they worked. As luck would have it, I've found that mechanic in Ben in my new town. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Ben.

Had an alternator go out on a 2000 Pontiac Trans Am. It’s located under the car and more work than this old man was willing to take on. Started looking for a mobile mechanic and came across 3Ts. Ben is very responsive and has great communication skills. Set me up for the next week and he arrived an hour ahead of schedule. (He notified me via text message). Backed his trailer up to my garage and wasted no time getting to work. He was done in less than an hour and checked voltage to make sure all was working. Ben is very personable, organized and communicates well. Rates are very reasonable. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

My car just shut off while I was driving and wouldn't start. I had to push to a store and I called 3T to come look at it. Ben came out and said the timing belt broke and there might be a change it damaged the engine. Ben told me he going to research and find out if my motor is no good if the timing belt brakes. Ben called me back and told me my engine is a kind of engine that shouldn't be damaged so he gave me a quote to replace the timing chain and water pump. for a whole week I had to walk to my mother in law house after work. The following week Ben replaced the timing chain and water pump. when he was done the engine was running right and noticed my hermanic balancer was damaged and it was a Friday and he can't come out until Monday. I was really hoping the car would of been fix after the timing and pump were replaced. Saturday morning Ben calls and ask if he could come over cause he picked up the balancer for me to get me back on the road and of course I said yes please I'll be home. he came by replaced the balancer turned it on and was still running ruff. he look around and noticed something was unplugged so he plugged it in, put the computer on it and started to run great. I'm not a rich guy and when I ask Ben how much I owe him he said I only owe him for the timing belt and water pump and said he won't charge me for the balancer or time he spend putting it on. I honestly was almost in tears cause just about my whole check went towards the timing and pump. for Ben to come out on a Saturday when he doesn't work on weekend and not even charge me was just amazing. It wasn't about the money for him he said he could nt sleep last night thinking how my car wasn't fix and he knew I was walk after work. Ben with 3T automotive is a stand up guy and wish him nothing but the best. thank u so much for what u did. My wife and I really appreciate it.
