I came here for a vehicle diagnostic the staff was extremely friendly, the waiting area is very nice and clean and very cool for me being there in 86 degree weather . 10/10 highly recommended

i don't usually write reviews, however i brought my '06 grand Cherokee into their shop. l told them exactly what i needed serviced. problem code was verified, diagnosed and resolved in under 2 hours. the vehicle is sentimental to me and with their help, I'm able to hold onto it for a bit longer. If need be, I will definitely give them my business again.

Still seething over that $237 bill last year to fix a broken fuel line with a piece of rubber, which ruptured months later forcing me to do emergency repairs far from my tools Then another guy told me to bring the car in early in the morning to address a broken bolt for the stabilizer bar last week. Attempt to bring the car and quickly turned away by another guy telling me they don't do any of that

The workers are always pleasant and helpful. They explain all the problems to me in simple terms as I know nothing about cars. I never feel like they are scamming me. I appreciate the workers and will continue to bring my vehicle here whenever I have any issues or concerns.

I live in the neighborhood and pass this shop all the time until one day I needed a quick look at of my vehicle. Without hesitation a young man named "Biggs" helped me and told me what was wrong. He was very knowledgeable on the issue at hand. I recently went back to them for a different issue and what I did appreciate with them is they directed me to someone who can do what I needed which was to put a computer on the car. I went and the mechanic who was also very nice put the computer in. Unfortunately the computer was no good and gave more issues than I would like but I'm thankful for 4 Bears taking the time to see if there could be some resolution to my issue, unfortunately there was none but to send the computer back. They even brought the car back to me and removed the computer once parked in my driveway (also gave me a discount because the computer was burning the coils that was just purchased). If you're in the Carnarsie area or just want a good, decent and knowledgeable MECHANIC...I recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed.

I can't recommend this place enough. I was helped soon after arriving and they finished all my repairs quickly. The guy the helped me was really nice and explained everything that was wrong with my car in a way that was easy to understand and without pushing any extra expenses. They only charged me the service rate too, not for the parts they replaced. I paid cash, including a tip, and right after I left they called me to make sure I didn't accidentally give them too much money. Can't get more trustworthy then that!

Most recommended mechanics! They were super friendly, knew the problem right away, fixed it right away. No BS just straightforward facts. I was in and out the same day with my car. They answered all my questions and was direct with what everything. I can't thank them enough. I am now a customer. Thanks guys

My vehicle was involved in an accident. Total front bumper damaged. I was referred to this company by the party who hit me. They did an excellent job, 2010 Jeep Commander limited. On September 18, 2021 I was hit again by a young lady speeding, blowing the stop sign. I was so impressed with their work, I will be returning back to them to restore my vehicle back to its original beauty.
