I found this shop on Yelp and took a chance, and I am SO HAPPY I did!!! The owner JJ is top notch. Amazingly polite, took the time to explain everything, explain why it needed to be fixed, just everything. He is completely transparent as well. I was offered to come in and have him show me what was wrong, offers to let you stay and watch the entire time they are working on it. Also very honest about what needs fixed right now, what can wait a month or so, what can wait 6 months, etc. He did not try and do any upselling, DID NOT treat me as a dumb female, lol!!! Prices are also very reasonable. For what I had done (it was A LOT, lol) the final cost blew my mind! 10/10, most definitely recommend, I would send my mom/grandma here!​

Jj is very thorough with his explanation. He took me on the shop floor and visually showed me what needed to be done. I love his motto of being honest and transparent. I feel comfortable bringing my vehicles back to someone I feel I can trust to get the work done in a timely fashion and a decent price. Thank you

This place is a hidden gem on the Southside. All the guys I met are respectful and knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer my questions or explain the situation to me. Reasonable prices and amazing staff.

WOW! Honesty is their main focus. How refreshing. JJ, the owner, and his guys, Clint and Gabe know their stuff. If you want to go under your vehicle while they have it up on the lift, they welcome you to look. The older the car, the better. All your questions are patiently answered. They are open until 7 pm as well!

Having car troubles is so stressful! I’m new to the area and found 4 seasons by chance. I’m so happy I did because they took care of my car with a smile. JJ and his team are so kind, professional, and great at what they do. They set realistic expectations and fully explained what was going on. They just gained a customer for life. I can not recommend them more!

First, I am one who believes that when you write a review to be as honest as possible and understand that people have different experiences and opinions. I found 4 Seasons Auto through a search project for 02 sensors problems. I sent an inquiry and JJ replied back almost immediately after I sent. I explained the problem and gave all the details. He was able to accommodate me the next day to assess my car. After a thorough explanation and solutions, he came up with a (first) cost effective way to correct the problem. He and Clint were very thorough in explaining reasons and causes why the car was acting a fool. Problem one- they fixed. Then, problem two came about. Another trip back, again they explained and were able to fix immediately and even prepared me for a possible worst case scenario knowing that this was an emissions problem. I know he told me to come back after I had driven 80-100 miles but the fact that the engine had not come back on, I was so excited that I went to take an emissions and PASSED!! I highly suggest and recommend you visit them for your car needs. Their honesty and knowledge is clearly evident!!! Go and see for yourself!

These guys did great work on my truck! the pricing was fair, they didn’t try to upsell me on anything and they were quick to get the job done. In my opinion this is a very honest shop which I don’t think is easy to come across these days. Thank you guys!

Over the years I've had good and bad experiences with my cars. But coming to 4 seasons has been the best! For once I can trust that I'm in good hands. They are very honest, thorough in their assessments and I've never felt pressured. Their intent has always been in my best interests. Jason and staff have all gone out of their way to accommodate me. Their professionalism and courtesy make me feel like family and what they offer reflects in the numerous and varied clientele. So suffice it to say they will be my 'go to' from now on!

Took in my vehicle for the 2nd time. They told me what the problem was and explained how they were going to fix it from beginning to end and it was done in one day. They are open and honest and their prices are fair. I will continue to go to them.

4 Seasons Auto was very reliable and reasonable in pricing when I needed my vehicle serviced. I felt like what I said mattered. The job was done correct and I didn't have to worry about them giving me the run around. The owner was very friendly and spoke to you on a understandable level and made it dummy proof. Decided to try this shop for my auto needs. I left the shop with a completely well fixed van and a new man in tow. Guess which one held up? Over all this place is honest in pricing and their mechanics are very knowledgeable. I recommend and will be back if I ever need my van fixed again!

I have known jay for about 3years and I do mechanic work of my own and when I get into a pinch I give jay a call and he will resolve the problem and he is a dam good Diesel mechanic and since he has opened his shop everything is going well for him keep it up jay.

A great owner with knowledgeable and willing employees. You need it fixed, it can be done! Forget dealerships or you at home mechanic. They're the go too people for repairs, detailing, or easy fixes!

Great business & owner. They have had several cars I checked out in-person. All in nice condition. Have seen a few BMW's on the lot as well.
