Let me start off by saying, this place is great! Hands down the best customer service I have had in dealing with car stuff, but also in general, for a very long time. I was buying wipers at the store next door and just walked over to 4 Seasons Auto to ask if they could read the air pressure on my tire because something seemed off. The gentleman at the front desk didn't speak English, but he was ready with his translator app and he was so, so nice!! I had no appointment, but they were happy to take my car back and help me. They were able to figure out immediately what was wrong with my tires and fixed it on the spot, when no other place had been able to do that. Keith quickly jumped in and helped explain what was happening and kept me updated throughout the process. If you need tires, an inspection or anything else done to your car, I highly recommend going here! Ask for Keith! He's amazing and their mechanics are top-notch!

I would recommend this shop to anyone in Charlotte. The employees are very friendly and they get your car fixed quick and with quality.

My car broke down across the street from their location I was able to get it to the shop as they were closing they had it ready first thing the next morning at a very reasonable price I will definitely be going back. I’m glad I found them.

Adalberto and his fellow is awesome! I found this gem workshop at South Blvd and they fixed cars at affordable price. Thanks to the shop I got my tire repaired timely, which saves my wallet from going to dealers.

I was leaving work and received a notice about my tire pressure. It was almost 6pm and my husband told me to go to 4 Seasons. I apologized for arriving at closing time but the manager would not let me leave until my tire was fixed. I really appreciate the time and care their team took to get me back on the road safely. We will definitely continue to use their services. Please stop by and let them take care of you and your car.

THANK YOU 4 Seasons crew!!! Traveling into town with my kids to see Charlotte FC match & notice my tail lights / brake lights won't turn off (even with engine off). It's 5pm on a Saturday which means there's probably no garages open, I have no tools with me, I'm afraid we'll be stuck with dead battery. So we begin driving around just praying to find a mechanic or parts store or somebody to help -- and we found 4 Seasons. Explained situation to owner/manager, he said they'd take a look. Owner chatted with us about cars & football while his mechanic worked on return spring, & in <10minutes we were fixed up & headed to the game. Now they could've charged me an hours rate labor, or even more being a Saturday & us being from outta town. But when I asked how much we owed he refused & said "Nothing, enjoy the game!" Everyone at 4 Seasons went above & beyond what's expected these days, really good people! You saved our trip, God bless ya'll!

I showed Steve my car, the driver side front brake was making a squealing sound and the right front side also making some sound upon wheel rotation and bumps. Steve checked and told me that the driver side pad and probably the caliper also needs to be changed. And for the right side he will check it on the car lift. Next day I took my car there. I was standing around so I may what exactly is wrong especially with the passenger side. One of the worker saw the mudguard area padding has lost a pin so he put one. Then open the driver side brake and asked me what’s the issue, I told him that Steve told me that pad need to be changed and caliper too. Suddenly the other worker asked me “out” twice. After a while I went inside asked Steve what’s wrong with the right side front wheel. He told me both the control arms bushing are bad and both control arm would need to be changed. Costing $500, I refused to, don’t want to spend lot of money on old car soon I am going to get rid off. The right side noise was completely gone, clearly Steve was trying to make that $500 also told will charge $150 for alignment. I came out, waited, paid the bill and when the worker brought the car outside the rear driver wheel was making the exact same noise that the front driver side wheel was making. I took my car there to get rid of the noise from driver front wheel brake now got it in the rear. Clearly dishonesty. I am never ever going to go there or recommend someone, infact will stop people in my circle from going there

The cooling system didn’t work properly (not because of the coolant) when we were driving back to Virginia so we stopped at the shop and three mechanics helped us fix the issue even though they were closing in half an hour. Their help made it possible for us to drive back home and they even waived the diagnostic fee. Great men. My gratefulness is beyond words.

This shop always comes through for me. I have a certain trust built with Victor that works there, he remembers me and knows my ride and is very informative about repairs. Only bummer is their diagnostic fee. 9/10 times I got a good idea what is wrong with my car. I’ll go to a shop, confirm suspicion then purchase my parts and return to give them my service. This shop charges a hefty diagnostic fee. They would have way more of my business if they could run with me as I feel comfortable being a female with a pretty sound mechanical knowledge, lacking a garage and tools. I currently drive 20 miles out of my way for a mechanic that listens and works with me for the same goal, aside from the hundo in diagnostic fees. Aside from that! GREAT SHOP!
