I had an issue, which turned into a non-issue while I was traveling through Oklahoma City. Fortunately 44 Auto Kare was open on Saturday and was able to quickly get my truck in and check things out. They were fast, friendly and gave me piece of mind.

My mother had a car accident right by there shop I'm so glad she had all of these wonderful people around when it happened they took really good care of her until I made it to pick her up. I believe God is telling me to leave this review, I was just going to leave it alone and put it in God's hand but I keep hearing "Leave a review, you are going to help someone" I took my 2007 Lexus ES 350 to their shop to replace my coolant fans. They were super nice, helpful and friendly. They did a great job. I started telling them about my transmission slipping when it gets to almost 30 miles an hour and after that my car is fine. An employee named Charles suggested some Trans X. He let me know he fixes a lot of transmissions with this product. Not knowing anything about Trans X I just believed him because he's a professional, why did I do that. He let me know that I need to drive at least 30 minutes and after 30 minutes don't drive my car for 2 hours and a half. Long story short I did what he said when I left his shop and within 30 minutes my transmission wouldn't shift gears. Got my car towed back to 44 Auto Kare. The owner threw his employee underneath the bus saying that Charles doesn't even work here, he's independent and if you want anything fixed Charles will have to do it. Charles looked me in my face and said I don't have that kind of money. I ended up taking my car to Innovative Auto Service to get a low mileage transmission put in for $3,962.83, I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. Charles did suggest finding a transmission and paying for it and I will have to pay to get it put in but the trust was gone. I was nervous he would get me any kind of transmission, since he didn't have that kind of money. They didn't help with ANYTHING, the owner even tried to charge me to tow my car to Innovative Auto Service, WoW. I'm not saying that they are not good people or bad mechanics, just letting you know about my experience. Everybody have a blessed day 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The guys were so professional and helpful. Offered refreshment while waiting, so sweet. I had 3 kiddos, this place was so fast there was no time to irritate each other 😄. I will keep bringing my vehicles here! Referred friends already!!

We met the owner of the shop once and he gave us a discounted rate on alignments since we are a dealership, we were never told there was a "diagnostic fee" if the alignment wasn't able to get done. We have used this shop for some wheel alignments in the past, everything was done right and friendly no complaint there, always got charged the rate we agreed on in the beginning so I trusted if I took a vehicle that's what the price would be. However today we took one of our vehicles in for alignment and the alignment wasn't able to get done due to some bad suspension components, the owners son calls me and tells me there will be a $65 diagnostic fee since they couldn't get it done and wrote me an estimate to fix it. We never agreed on a diagnostic fee, neither did he or anybody ever mention it in the previous alignments we did, he decided to drop it to $45 like if that makes it any better, I paid and took my vehicle. They're probably not bad people, but they definitely are bad business if they are not upfront about their charges. All I am saying is watch out for hidden charges. Oh, by the way, when I told the owners son I was going to leave a bad review about my experience, he threatened about leaving a bad review about our company too, even though he has never shopped with us before. They definitely lost our business and I'll leave it up to you if you want to take them yours.

Awesome place, they always greet you and it makes you feel like you have a close bond. The staff is so friendly and so helpful, they help explain everything and they also reach out if they need more time. The prices are always reasonable, this has to be the only place we go to for our car because of how trustworthy they are. If you're trying to find a place that's trustworthy, kind, and very helpful you really need to stop by this place!

My family has been bringing our vehicles here for year's now.They are good and honest people, not out to rip you off, and won't tell you that something needs to be fixed or replaced unless it really does.they give you fare pricing, alot cheaper than most places. I highly recommend them.

Went in for my brakes. Transmission went out on the way home. Go figure! 2nd Review: let me dumb this down for the owner of this place if you look at my invoice it wasn't just a simple brake job that you sold me on. You replaced 2 lower control arms, 1 sway bar link, a rotor, brake pads and a ball joint. It is a Lexus RX 350. Any certified mechanic would know that if you work on a Lexus suspension you have to reset the VSC traction. I drove off your parking with that warning light on. $1300 and U couldn't even get it right.
