I had an excellent experience at 5-Speed motors! I initially went in for an oil change, and the team went above and beyond by also replacing my washer without me even asking. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the visit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, getting the job done quickly while ensuring everything was done right.

Brought my 2019 Lexus UX F-Sport in today for routine maintenance (oil change, filter, etc.) and had a great experience! Reached out to them via Yelp and they responded within hours with a quote. They offered the best prices around so it was a no brainer to go with them. Was super easy to schedule an appointment. Day of, they worked on my car immediately unlike some shops who take forever to actually work on your car. They also did a full inspection to make sure everything else was working as it shoul d be. All was good, and I appreciated how they didn't upsell any additional services that I didn't need like some other auto shops. I was in and out within the hour, and spent *significantly* less than what I've paid in the past — what more can you ask for, right? Please note that the getting in / out of the shop can be tricky, but they helped pull my car out of the lot — which they didn't have to do at all (but shows that they go above and beyond) — which was the cherry on top of an already 5-star experience. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to others!

The guys at 5 speeds have helped me out 3 times now. Each time i called ahead and they had me bring my car same-day. They make every effort to get things repaired that day, too. On the latest occasion, they ordered a part locally and fixed the issue within a few hours; the same problem took my prior mechanic days. Prices are more than fair from what I can tell. I am so relieved to have a shop I can trust!

5 speed is fast, honest, affordable, and does quality work. For some reason places like this are impossible to find in the car service/repair industry but if you’re looking for the perfect auto shop then I’d like to be the first to congratulate you. Your search is over.

These guys are great. You don’t need an appointment to drop off a vehicle! I still can’t get over that, I’m used to Firestone making me wait days just to look at my car. They were so fast and still had time to do some maintenance I had put off. Very affordable too. I highly recommend.

I got a full synthetic oil change here. Good prices, did have to pay an extra $7 beyond the Groupon but it was a good service. I’m going to try them for repairs in the future and update later.

Today was my first time at 5 Speed Motors, and gotta say they got great service and reasonable prices. I got a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation all under a $100 which I gotta say surprised me! I'm definitely coming back and recommend this place

I brought my car in after being out town for a couple of weeks and saw that the check engine light was on. The guys here are super nice and very helpful :) they were able to fix the issue in less than an hour

Stopped in for a slow leak in my tire. They were super quick (in and out in 15 minutes), honest, and had really great pricing. Gonna come back here in the future for tire service and oil changes for sure.

This place is the Best. Came here with a Groupon years ago for an oil change and have been coming ever since and they never try to upsale me unneeded junk. Last time i came in, they told me I needed my brakes done, and I trusted them as I was at 80,000 miles. They quoted me a rate better than any other place I could find.. They even had a better rate than anything I could find on Groupon for a brake job. They are quick and easy and no bull. 👍

I had a mobile mechanic diagnose my car because it was immobile sitting in a parking garage. I had a major leak because a new motor was put in before I bought it. Whoever put it in did not put it in right and it was sitting heavy on everything to the point the mounts cracked and the fuel pump busted. In a nutshell I bought a fuel pump and took it to 5 speed motors...I told them exactly what wa wrong and they still demanded to do their own diagnosis..which was fine. They called me a day later and said my car was just out of gas. I told them AGAIN that there is a leak and that the motor is to heavy and busted the fuel pump open. They said ok and looked at it again. Called me back again and confirmed what I already told them twice and said that it would be to expensive to lift the motor up yet They never even gave me a quote. When I picked the car up I paid $320. The $20 was for putting gas in my car..the $300 was for a diagnosis which I told them about twice. Also when I got in my car it wouldn't start and they has to jump it and on top of that my fuses went our lol...I paid to tow it there and left with an extra problem and paid for .....I got ripped off basically. Never gonna go here again.

Got the buy 2 get 2 free tire deal, and a Groupon for a synthetic oil change. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, and the prices seemed very reasonable and fair after doing an online check for each part/tire. They also helped me reset my tire pressure afterwards. Will definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

I just had both front and back brakes done on my vehicle. I first came to 5 Speed Motors on a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation, and then I returned for a front axle. They always get me back on the road as quickly as possible. The place may look shabby and unkempt to some, look past that, you'll be glad you did. 5 Speed does good work, and their prices are reasonable. They're trustworthy, plus Nick communicates quickly and openly. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I was here on vacation and ran over something that flattened my tire. Thankfully, I was able to actually drive it to 5 speed motors. I called and they got me right in. The guy told me right away that they found the leak but it was close to wall so they weren’t for sure if it could be repaired and if not, I would need a new tire. But they fixed it!! And it was very inexpensive. The driveway/parking is a tight squeeze so the guy helped me drive it in and out (since I’m not from here, I was super nervous about the traffic). Anyway, I was having a very frustrating and upsetting day and these guys were awesome! Would use them again. Thank you!

I've been coming here for years. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. They also make sure that the job is done correctly. Last time they even called me to ask me to go back because they noticed some oil where my car was parked. They wanted to make sure my car wasn't leaking. Everything turned out to be fine but that shows how much they care about what they're doing. I recommend this place to everyone I know and they are now loyal customers too.

They have always taken care of me when it comes to the brakes on my car. This time I needed a CAI installed and they gave me a very reasonable price. They had me in and out in under an hour and did not charge me anywhere near what the dealer wanted. They don't mind of you bring your own parts which is a rarity these days.

This review is long overdue. Not only is everyone here super friendly and honest, but they do incredible work for a great price ! I get my oil changed here regularly and just about anything I need for my car, they can do! I recommend them to all of my friends and they even took my old car headlights and made them look amazing! Highly recommend 5 Speed Motors for oil changes,auto repairs, car maintenance and everything in between! They are great!
