Customer service here is top notch Mike was great to talk with and explained everything in a direct, clear and honest manner. When the issue with my car was identified they got to the repair promptly and got me on my way. I will be back when I have need of mechanics in the future. Great job guys thanks.

I've trusted 5 Star Auto for more of the major repairs to my vehicles for years. They're friendly, well priced and do great work. I like that they keep me posted on prices before they move forward with work. They also let me know of any additional issues found(my vehicles are old and beat, so I expect this) and price those out as well in case I decide to have them address those. I never feel pressured to spend extra money, and always have confidence I'm in good hands.

Mike and Darren are great! My husband’s father has been doing to Darren for work since my husband was a kid and we appreciate then hard work and loyalty. My sons friends from out of town had a car situation that was unique and Darren stepped up and helped them out to the fullest of their ability. Greatly appreciate it!

The shop's website states this shop opens at 8 AM, and I had a confirmed appointment at that time today. However, when I arrived at 8AM the shop was closed and there was no one present. I waited for 15 minutes before going elsewhere.

this is a great review that I am leaving for these guys very thorough prompt and pleasant. I would certainly recommend going to them in the future. The price was reasonable to have a full diagnostics for the problem I was having. However just a small critique if I bring you a car that is worth $3000 and you tell me that it’s going to cost $7000 to replace the transmission, that’s a problem. The cost to repair the vehicle has to somehow either come close to or less than the actual cost of the vehicle. If the cost is twice as much as the actual vehicle then you should say to the owner “honestly if I were you I’m not sure this car is worth repairing the cost is going to double the value of the vehicle. Now if you are in love with this car then it will cost you $7000 to continue to drive it. But in my humble opinion I would suggest you save your money and look for another car”

Already had our primary vehicle in for service, when an unexpected dead battery required our backup vehicle to be towed to 5 Star as well - on the same day! Original maintenance on primary vehicle was efficiently and cost effectively fixed as well as the unexpected new battery on our backup car! Both ready for pickup that evening! Highly recommend this team of professionals! SLP

After my speaking with your associate Mike, my friend then called Mike and their discussion helped resolve the concern and resulted in 5 Star becoming the primary auto repair shop for future auto repairs. My check engine light came on about a week ago and I called Mike and Darren at 5 star to see what was going on. They had it for about a week and ran diagnostics and found out there was some emissions part and sir leaking from the gas tank. They ran a smoke test to find this info out, ordered the parts and got it fixed. They were also able to get me a loaner vehicle. Great service, great pricing, and I would highly recommend the Auto Club card.

My husband and I take our vehicles here quite often for more major repairs. They do a great job for the most part all things considered. When available they provide a company car for us while our car is being worked on, as well as provide the option to pick us up/drop us off if needed. Their prices do feel a bit overpriced but I understand this is the case with most auto shops. We trust them to treat us fairly and provide fair prices every time! I have recommended them to my mom previously and continue to recommend them to other family and friends!

A huge Thank You to 5 Star Auto Care! I drove to Cincinnati from Michigan last week to help a relative move. One of my rear brake lines cracked as I arrived late on Thursday night. I was able to add brake fluid to keep the brakes working but I would not be able to drive the truck home in this condition. I took my truck to Deron at 5 Star slightly before 8:00 on Friday morning. Deron offered to help and completed the repair in a couple of hours for a very fair price. I cannot thank Deron and his team enough for coming to my rescue and getting me back on the road! I highly recommend Deron and the Team at 5 Star Auto Care!!!
