Took my truck in to have new wheels installed. They got everything done in a decent time , left and had a vibration. Took it back … they rebalanced them and ensured everything would be good to go…. NOPE. Still have a vibration. Called for 2 weeks and keep getting the “ we will find out what’s going on and call you back “. Still nothing. Spoke with a lady today that said she would get to the bottom of it and will call me before they closed … NOTHING ….

Took them my car about a month ago had right front tire sensor not reading I supplied the sensor they changed but couldn't get it to sync to the car I figured I purchased a faulty sensor I was there 2 hours they charged me $20. so I purchased a whole set from a tire pressure sensor dealer was assured they where the correct sensors for my car went back to have all four replaced with same outcome they couldn't get them to sync to the car they charged me $165.00 & I was there 3 hoursmy tire pressure light still on when I left. Then about a block away my abs, traction control lights came on.so I called the tpsm dealer I purchased them from & was told I needed tpms transmitter.got one on Amazon for $10 & went through the procedure & got them to sync, all the warning lights went of.any reputable tire shop should know this place is a joke GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Overcharged for services they can't even perform correctly

Put a crease in my fender from jacking it up with a jack, valve stem nut was hand tight leaking air, put my front right tire on the front left so sensor ls reading backwards, and damaged a tpms, will never let them touch my car again. If you value your vehicle do not let them touch it. This is costing me 78$ at discount tire.

Discovered a flat tire on my travel trailer as I was leaving Stockyards City. Called and they came to me, put my spare on and had me follow them to their shop. Patched my tire and reinstalled it. All on a Saturday too!! They provided great service, low price and I was so grateful. Would highly recommend them!!

I used 5 Star about 4 years ago for a car I had. That's why I came back! These guys were nothing short of great! Polo helped me find the right tires for my vehicle and even had an educated answer for my questions. Beats these places where they can't tell you why or how. He was very kind, respectful, professional, and helpful. They had me in and out of there in under an hour with a set of Yokohama's for less than anyone else would do. They also work with at least two finance companies that are nice to deal with. Very clean shop inside and out. Clean public his & hers restrooms and a comfortable waiting area. Just a great bunch of people and I will continue to take my business to them and tell others.

It used to be a highly reputable establishment about 4 year, when it was under different management, but now it has shady tree mechanics who are not meticulous when it come to installation of parts. Such as over tightened bolts and bad placement of parts

With so many tire shops in the area, choose any other one. Terrible customer service. Rude front desk girls. Limited stock. Avoid for your own sake. Many 1 star reviews for a reason

Highly recommend for wheels and tires! They have many wheels and tires in stock. They were very patient while I went back and forth on what I wanted. The end result was awesome though! Super hopeful when trying to make selections. Only place I’ll go from this day forward!

I got a set of wheels from this place about 3 months ago. The purchase went great, and they got them installed properly. I had no problem on my initial visit. One of the wheels was missing a cap and they placed an order for it to replace it. I waited 3 months for the replacement and had to make a visit at least 5 times in those three months to remind them of my order. I went to get new tires on my truck and the lug socket they provided for the wheels wasn’t the correct one. I had to pay out of pocket for a socket that would fit in order to get my tires replaced. They’re great people and do a great job on installation, I just was disappointed in the service after they already had my money.

This place is supposed to be five stars they had no idea what I needed and referred me to someone who they assured me had what I needed but didn't have what I needed it was a complete waste of time and gas
