I will only use this mechanic! Friendly staff, quick and efficient and best price for service. I went to Pep boys who wanted $500 for the same service. 535 did it for less than $100. Bill Nelson is one if not the best mechanics I have ever dealt with in my life he has been working in lake one of his stuff for over 30 to 40 years his shop is 1 of the most honest and most reasonably priced auto shops in Orlando. It's done lots of work for me on air conditioning to engine problems to even fixing windows in my car it would not go up and down his price is weigh weigh cheaper than any dealership's price as well as any Other shops in the area you will not be disappointed he is a very honest man and will try to find the cheapest price for your repairs from parts to labor I give this place a 100 Stars if I could 535 auto is awesome for this count you cannot Go wrong. They are so busy at times they cannot answer the phone so you must call Multiple times and let the phone ring but he will call our answer the phone eventually they are 100% recommended by me cannot go wrong bill Belson you rock

I have been meaning to write this review for some time but I want to thank the owner and employees of this auto shop for always being warm, caring, and honest. I have been there multiple times when I have encountered issues with my car. Whether they fill my tires with air or give me other advice about needed work, they have always been available to help and I cannot express my gratitude enough!

I moved from PA to Orlando a few months ago. Very grateful to find Bill Nelson & his crew. He's a good 'ol fashioned customer service guy that I haven't seen for ages. His work is top notch. He installed cold air intake & dash camera at a very reasonable cost. I couldn’t be happier than that.

I really wish I can have this kind of car service every where I go! They are honest and have never haggled me into a service I did not need! Even as a young women that doesn’t know much about cars. They might look a bit rough on the outside but man who cares when you’ll be getting the best prices and care. I usually hang out at the Wendy’s and get myself a little frosty! Highly recommend!!!

This place absolutely rules. I called them with an issue about possibly my exhaust and it ended up being something with my breaks. They were able to squeeze me in when they were all booked up for the week and I had my car back the same day. The price was also fair, and I felt feeling very satisfied. I would give this place a million stars if I could!!

You will not find a better, more honest car repair shop in Kissimmee, which is why they are always very busy. However, if you make an appointment you may wait a few days but they will have you in and out and you are top priority at the time of your appointment. It is so efficient and organized and they maintain the highest level of integrity while doing business. Bill specifically is amazing and always engaged in his business.

Drove to Florida from Canada with my young family when the check engine light came on halfway through the drive. When we were in Kissimmee we called 535 Auto Care and they were kind enough to give us a same day appointment. They went out of their way to diagnose the engine issue and ensure we had the right spark plugs for the engine so we wouldn’t have any more trouble while finishing our vacation. Everyone who works here is kind, caring and goes above and beyond. Not being from the area, not knowing where to take the car, we relied on Google reviews. This is a business you can trust will do the best job. Thank you Bill, Vinny, Aja, Justin and all the staff. You saved our vacation and turned a sour situation into one that gave us lasting memories. Best car serving place I’ve ever been to. Bill and his help are super honest and reliable. I have never left feeling cheated. If anything I felt I left owing more but I can’t complain about low prices. Totally recommend this place. You can thank me later! Back in PA I was charged so much every single check up but def not this one!! Totally legit…they have business try to get in when you can you won’t regret it. I have a 2011 mishubishi eclispe so it’s nice to go to someone who can work a rare old car like that too. And they don’t haggle you over it. It’s like I’m a normal customer with a new car but I know I am not!

Check engine light came on during a business trip. Gave them a call and immediately offered to take a look and investigate. No repairs were needed, and even though they were booked for days, the kindly offered to refer me to another garage if repairs were needed. Very responsive and professional service. Highly recommend.

My son's car started shutting off while idling. Note he is only 19 and this was his first time away from home in CO having to deal with a broken car on his own. 535 came highly recommend by a number of folks in a FB group we are part of. They were right. 535 is great, they kept him up to date on progress. It turned out to be a simple fix and they charged an extremely reasonable amount to fix it. I wish I could find a shop like this in CO. It's good to know shops like this still exist!

Lived in the area in 2019-2020. Had a 2017 Mustang which I came in with a couple of times for various reasons. Bill were always very accomodating trying to squeze me in as fast as possible and having my car out in no time. No beating around the bush trying to upsell me on anything. One time I had some electrical issues and he quickly found a fix, and refused to take any payment as he did not deem it necesary given the issue had a quick and easy fix. I still felt compelled to pay as I myself would not be able to fix it and he yet refused my tip offering. Another time i had an issue he easily could have taken on himself in order to gain business but he recommended i went with another shop (gave me their contact info and adress) as they would be able to service me better. Bill stands out as an honest, fair and excellent mechanic and I would recommend coming by hes shop for any car related issues, knowing that your car is in good hands. If I ever move back, i know whose my mechanic of choice!
