I was referred by my neighbor to 5 Star Automotive for a dent on my driver’s door. Sean did an excellent job, was very professional, courteous and had an abundance of knowledge regarding all faucets of dealing with auto body issues. His entire staff was most professional and accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking any information on dents, hail damage and whatever else they do. I was in a really bad wreck at 18 and really couldn’t afford the repair costs immediately and 5star worked with me from month to month and I finally got my car fixed I highly advise them if you ever need a repair and from my family thank you so much we really appreciate it.

Got my Nissan Z fixed here after getting rear ended. They did an awesome job! Body and paint work are immaculate. The constant communication was a big plus. They let me know the status of my car on a weekly basis and informed me on any delays due to parts. Highly recommend. My business will be going here from now on. Thank you!

By far the best shop I’ve ever been to. I have taken my car here several times for different repairs I’ve gotten hail repair, a little collison repair, and some mechanical work done and every single time I had such a wonderful experience. The staff is always super nice and friendly I’ve spoken to woman named Samantha a couple of times she was such a good help she explained the process very well to me so I understood what was going on and the manager Sean was also super friendly and explained the repairs very well to me and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and exactly what they were gonna do to fix the issue. I will definitely be coming to this shop for any repairs I will need in the future and would definitely recommend this shop to everyone they definitely fit their name 5 star

Tldr: -3 for horrible customer service, continually incorrect updates & aggressive manager, +2 stars for a great repair job Their penchant for miscommunication was awful. On five different occasions I rearranged my schedule to pick up a "repaired" car which turned out to be them mistaking someone else's car for being my own. At one point they gave my car away to an alarm shop to install an alarm that I had not authorized. I was treated poorly by Samantha for informing her of the confusion about giving my car away without my consent. When my car was finally ready I was supposed to bring a check that no one felt the need to tell me about and so left me with no other choice than paying out of pocket for $190 more than my deductible. This last item made me lose my patience. I pulled out my credit card, verified that I needed to pay the whole thing to be done and told them fine, let's get this over with as I just wanted to get out of there and go home to write a review of this fiasco. At that point Sean, the manager came in. He asked what was going on, I gave him a quick rundown of all the things that had happened including the final insult of having to pay an unexpected $190 more despite all my due diligence and that at this point I just wanted to inspect my car, pay, and leave. Sean’s response was to get pissed, raise his voice and go off. I was trapped there with Sean yelling at me about how I must be perfect and don't understand mistakes while he also made insinuations about my privilege and the ease with which I must have lived – insulting and false presumptions. Sean’s actions of anger and aggression was unwarranted especially considering how patient and understanding I had been throughout the process. The worst part though was that I was all too aware how unsafe of a situation I was in. Sean didn't hear, didn't care, or simply ignored the FOUR times I said that all I wanted to do was pay and leave. Instead, he just kept yelling at me, in front of his staff in the small waiting room. It was terrifying to realize I was trapped. I had a rental car I could no longer keep and my car they had the keys for and he knew where I lived. At a loss, I opened my purse, took out my notebook and pen and asked for his name, which he gave me and then I wrote it down. This seemed to kick him out of his lunacy because he finally agreed to let me pay and leave. I asked to see the work they did on my car but that woman in the office interrupted and said I couldn't inspect it until I've paid. She wanted me to accept and pay for their work, sight unseen. Sean told her no, that he'll show me the car. I inspected the work, found one small part wanting (one of the black runners had a tear in it) he tried to argue that the Geico adjuster, Mike, hadn't put that so they didn't replace that then corrected himself saying he would talk to Mike that Mike probably just made a mistake and all people make mistakes. (A small jab.) Sean then started talking at that point of how he knew about ALL the messed up things that had happened and said they were reviewing their processes to fix these things from happening again. I just smiled and expressed understanding because at that point all I wanted to do was pay, get my car, and leave safely. The next day they called me to come back in as Geico had approved the repair addendum, and they could fix the runner gasket thing. While I sat in the waiting area Sean came by and told me they wanted to return the $190 they had charged my card and to keep the check from Geico for the trouble. I highly recommend you find another shop. This experience was obviously created dur to multiple systemic problems with 5Star that all came to a head in my singular experience and imo no amount of the addressing training and "shop processes" that Sean said they were doing because of my experience, should justify risking a single person being put into a similar situation ever again. Yes, they did great work and gave me $190 back, but it isn’t enough to offset the horrible way they chose to treat me & the anxiety they caused

I was never one to trust mechanics...any mechanic. they seem to make it like cheating the customer is standard practice almost like a god given right therefore I will only describe the place was clean the workers had there usual scowl faces on either there hand out ready to get your money....

We had such a great experience getting our car serviced here. An issue came up on the same day and we stopped by to get it diagnosed. They immediately figured out the issue and were able to order the parts and finish it speedily. The service advisor even showed us the defective part and explained why it malfunctioned. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and customer oriented auto shop.

5 Star Auto Complete was recommend by my insurance after my Kia Soul was broken into/vandalized. Samantha and James were very helpful throughout the process. The shop was able to take in my car the same week and they received all the parts way quicker than expected. I also appreciated they cleaned my vehicle. The repairs took 2 weeks.

First and for most I would like to thank Mr James for helping me out. He really came through for us , my insurance was giving us such a hard time and then wanted to total out the vehicle but I spoke with the insurance and so did Mr James , and they came out with an agreement that saved me and my car. My car looks as great as it did when I took it off the lot. The first day I brought it home I was stopped by 2 different people asking me if it was brand new car . Thank you again for all your help and to all the other employees that worked hard on my car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, they definitely live my there name 5 star collision. Thank you again Mr James.

GREAT PLACE FOR COLLISION REPAIRS!! AND THEY DO AUTOMOTIVE TOO!! Jumped a curb and messed up my car. Alamo Toyota didn't have an opening till a month from now but found these guys thru a friend. Got me in pretty quickly. Thanks to their friendly office manager's help. They notified me that my suspension was pushed back... probably from that curb. So I got that and the body repairs all in one place! Hopefully I don't hit another curb but if I do, I know where to go Highly recommend them

The facility is very clean and everyone was kind & friendly. The process was clearly explained and my options were discussed without any pressure. During my wait, I was reassured several times regarding progress and estimated time for completion.
