While this auto shop location may not be convenient for everyone (it's a 35-minute drive for me), Tommy's expertise and customer service are well worth the trip, especially for major car repairs or second opinions. Speed: Tommy wastes no time in getting things done. His time estimates for fixing the car have always been significantly less than other shops, which means less inconvenience for you. Transparency: While fixing the car, if Tommy identifies any other issues, he shares photos of the issue and texts you to keep you informed so you can decide whether you want to get that additional issue fixed or not.
