Kam, Waseem, Sharma and the rest of the staff at 7 Day Tires has always treated me well. I purchased a used car from a well-known luxury dealership less than a year ago and the plan was to replace all four tires yesterday. I'm sure there are many tires shops and dealerships that would have replaced the tires with expensive Pirelli tires without informing me about the cracks. 7 Day Tires did not do that. They said and put it in writing that my oil pan gasket was leaking oil so I paid 1,187.09 to have it fixed. Took it home next morning I go to leave and see wetness in my drive way . Took it back to 7 day tire and auto just to be told after putting it up on the lift it's my valve cover gasket that's leaking and

Been going to here for years with different vehicles and they always been super nice. On my most recent visit Connie was super helpful and polite and Sharma took good care of my car. Recommend!

I am from Canada just visited this store for a flat tire service. I met a friendly receptionist Connie and repair man Khan. They gave me the best service and good price that make my day. I recommend everyone to go to this store for a tire repair when you in a rush. I took them 10’ to finish it.

Very professional and responsive on what needs to be done to your automobile. Top tier customer service also they are really good at what they do, didn't take too long to get suspension redone hence visit. Would definitely recommend coming to get work done on your car.

So great! A friend recommended this family owned business. I called, got straight in. Tires and parts for other maintenance were in stock or delivered the same day! Work was beautiful. Their establishment is clean and my vehicle was also well taken care of. Very friendly atmosphere. Connie is efficient, knowledgeable, and quickly gets you to what you need for your vehicle! Love this place! I will be returning for other maintenance for sure.

I received help from Connie and she was fantastic! Bringing my car from a dealership straight to this shop was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The staff was quick with service and did not hesitate to make any accommodations with timing and pricing. Customer service was good but after getting my tires changed all the sudden my car shakes which it never did before and they gave me a whole laundry list of things I need to get replaced. A little over 2,000$ worth parts and labor. So I took to my personal mechanic and it was determined that the axles meede to be replaced and it should be good to go. So I took it back to 7 day tires to get the alignment and tires balanced. And now my car shakes worse which was never a problem before I took my car to this shop!

I first want to shout out Ms. Connie and Can at the front desk for the OUTSTANDING customer service. Last was stranded last night in rain 3 hours alternator went out .. cam understood my struggle and suggested if I get my car towed there he could have me be first client seen when they open at 8am. He kept his word I arrived at 8am and Tech Shawn did a great job only 2 hours and my alternator was repaired no problem. He also said he will check my battery in few days just to ensure battery running good!!? I value their caring HONEST suggestions and affordable labor prices had me and my 5 children enjoying this day back on the road!! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for caring honest mechanic. Ms. Connie made me feel like home the minute I stepped into the lobby! Thank you again Everyone!

Just want to Thank the mechanic that helped me out I don’t want to spell any names wrong but there really about helping you out and figuring out what’s the problem as for Connie , I couldn’t ask for a better person to help and assure me that everything was going to be fine . Took my car in for much needed tires and brakes. Connie and Kam took great care of me! Their customer service is top tier! They fit me in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment on a busy Saturday and worked with my budget so I was able to get all the repairs needed! I will definitely return for my auto care needs!
