I used 702 Auto Care for the first time yesterday and I am happy to say I JUST FOUND MY NEW MECHANIC! At first, I was disappointed that I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment (they are very busy) and I expected the oil leak to be a hugely expensive problem! but all it was was the cap on the oil filter had not been properly tightened wherever I had my last oil change done?! WOW! A HONEST MECHANIC?! If you live in this neighborhood it's great because you can walk home while you wait for your car to be fixed. 5 STARS!!!!

I’ve brought my car and my friends/families cars in here multiple times and always receive the best customer service, experience, and mechanical support/knowledge. This is the only mechanic I’ve ever been to that regularly offered support while I was personally working on my vehicle and the only one to not try and convince me to get my oil changed by them. I will always recommend them as the best mechanic in Las Vegas. Nobody puts in the effort like the family at 702

Love stopping by here to ask Caesar all of my questions and get suggestions on fixing my car myself. If I am not able to fix it, he always charges a fair price and I have never had any issues with the work. I will definitely always come here as long as I am in Vegas and is always the first shop I suggest to anyone.

This review is long overdue but now that I have been coming to 702 Auto Care for a few years now and have a solid perspective. First let me say that the team is the best. Cesar and Tiffany are so patient and answer all my questions. They are a great team. Being the stereotypical lady that knows not too much about cars it can be difficult to find a trustworthy and honest shop to take your car too, but I have never had to worry about that with 702. I have recommended multiple people to come here and would never take my car anywhere else. Without being too long winded, I absolutely love the staff and their professionalism. If you a new to the area or a local looking for an amazing shop to take care of your car give them a try. ☺️

Pesimo servicio lleve mi carro me hisieron comprar una pieza que no era la correcta en ebay me cobraron por armarla sin areglarla aparte me dejaron check engine encendido regrese segun me lo arreglaron y volvio a encender el check engine y peor aun ahora me dejaron un ruido grande en la banda lo peor de lo peor ahora tendre que llevarlo con gente responsable

Very honest and strait up shop. The whole team is a pleasure to work with. They were able to get me in and taking care of and did fantastic work. Highly recommend them to do your work. I finally in Las Vegas found a honest and shop to work on my cars.

702 Auto Care is the best. I've never been loyal to one mechanic, but I drive clear across town to take my car here. I've been a customer for about 3 years. Caesar & Tiffanie are honest, compassionate, and very helpful for someone like me who doesn't know jack about squat when it comes to cars. Caesar always shows & educates me when an issue arises helping me manage maintenance for my beautiful (but aging) vehicle. If you are looking for a good me mechanic, I can't recommend them more highly.

We were new to the area and needed a mechanic to look at one of our vehicles. Found 702 Auto on Google and glad we did. Have been to 702 Auto now at least a handful of times and with different vehicles. Tiffanie, Caesar and the others are always helpful, honest and easy to talk to. Would recommend them to everyone.

Once I got an oil change it all LEAKED OUT! The lady Tiffany was so rude about it and didn’t want to replace my oil!! Worst experience ever. I don’t recommend them to anyone. Good luck.

This is a fantastic shop! Cesar and Tiffany made it easy to get my VW dropped off, and they worked well inside my schedule. Very professional work. When everything was done, Cesar took time and showed me all of the old parts, explained how and why they weren't working, showed me the failures, and got me down the road. Great work! Great service! Definitely recommend this place!

WORST MECHANIC IN TOWN!! My car was overheating they told me I needed an Oil change filter adapter, labor and parts was $1050 just for them to wrongly diagnose my car. They called me back after they was finished and said THEY WAS SORRY it was the radiator!! I WASTED $1050. They will take your money! The mechanics there are no good!

Got my transmission changed here. After they gave me a quote they worked with me if I got one from somewhere else even tho the original was cancel about a month waiting from where I order it. Order a different one and had it shipped their and they hold it until my appointment. Cesar went an extra step and let me know about other minor issues he saw but not selling me on fixing them with them and fixed a wiring issue I knew I had already. While waiting on fixing it I even ask if they can fix my A/C issue on another vehicle and they fit me in same day close to closing time.Also the other worker notice one of my tires messed up(which I knew since I had the same issue before) and he also told me about it.

I had a car issue but didn't know what it was. Tiffany and Cesar were great, helpful, and accommodating. They fixed my electrical issue and I was good to go. They replaced my starter at good price helped me save money. My husband has always taken his vehicles for some time now and they're alwaysawesome.

I had previously taken my Honda CR-V to a different shop and was quoted over $2000 to get the A/C working again. I decided not to go with that and to get a 2nd opinion, and am I glad I did. I saw some recommendations for 702 Auto Care and decided to give them a call. Spoke with Tiffany and she immediately went to work to try to put together a quote for the work just based on what I could tell her. The price was going to be a substantial savings, so I made an appointment to bring my car in. When I brought it in I spoke at length with Tiffany and Cesar and was very impressed with their knowledge and being so open and friendly. Was even more impressed the next day when they were able to save me even more than on their original quote. A/C is blowing ice cold again (you know you gotta have it in Vegas in the summer) and they were able to save me over $1200 off the original shop's quote (AAA). At a time when I am encountering extra unexpected bills this is a lifesaver. Thanks guys, and I will be bringing my cars to you in the future.

Outstanding staff at 702 Auto Care. Really enjoy the staff and taking my vehicle here. I took my vehicle in for the following repairs control arm repair assembly, shock Absorber repair, brake flush, power sterring flush, gas injection Flush, collant flush, and 4 engine mounts repair. Blown away at the service and repairs done on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. Vehicle runs incredibly well and i notice the maintenance work they did right away when driving away. Would strongly recommend this place as they will meet all of your auto care needs. The staff is wonderful and offers very fair prices very glad i found them.

Tiffanie and Cesar were lifesavers. I had driven in to town over a 1,000 miles for a family emergency and my car sprung a leak on the way to Las Vegas. I had to put almost two gallons of antifreeze in along the way, just to keep it running. I was only in town for a few days and Cesar and Tiffanie were able to fit me in, explain what was wrong, and take care of the problem. The repair took long hours and they still made it happen so we could get back on the road and head for home. They explained what they did, showed me the parts, showed me where the issue was, and charged a fair price. Just good people and good mechanics.

These folks are just wonderful. I needed my car looked at because it was suddenly struggling to start. Tiffany tried to get me in same day, which I really appreciated; their schedule ended up being full but I was able to get in the very next day. Within maybe ten minutes of checking in, I had a low battery diagnosis AND multiple options for replacement, which even included going to an auto parts store to save a bit of money and keep the warranty in my name. And they didn't even charge me for the diagnostics! I will DEFINITELY be coming back for future car repair needs, and I recommend this shop to anyone who needs car care. Thank you Tiffany and Don!

This shop is officially the only shop we will use!! Between just the amazing customer service from them. And the price was so affordable compared to other shops. Went here because of high rate after going can’t help but think it is all fake. They kept my car way longer over charged didn’t finish car, scratched cover on stereo didn’t put the side on well so came apart a couple days later, unprofessional receptionist that just wanted me to shell out another $650 after the $200 I spent even though they had told me prior that price was $500-650 if it was blender air I already was pretty sure that was probably so why not check that first instead of fixing other things then saying oh yeah blender door also needs replaced at end of a Friday on a appointment I waited several days and told it could completely be done in 4 hours my appointment time was first thing. So kept my car all day tried to get two different repairs out of it. Was rude and condescending about scratch on stereo cover. Don’t go here the place across the street is way better when I have gone there and fair priced.
