The owner here is very friendly and attentive. It can get busy at times but even so operations run smoothly so there's never too long of a wait. If you live in the neighborhood it's a no brainer to get your inspections and other repair/replacement needs from here.

I came to this Mechanic based on its reviews for a simple muffler replacement. I had the new muffler and screws. Upon arrival as I was explaining to the receptionist, the manager or owner interrupts, and states that they are too busy and that I must leave and come back another day. He lacked any decency or professionalism when speaking to me. I was not even called back for an appointment. This was on Sept 2023. I would not recommend any newcomers to bay ridge to stop by this place based on my personal experience there.

Never felt over charged and always feel looked after. If you have an older car you need a mechanic who understands what needs to be done to keep it safe and on the road. Subaru Forester 2007.

Honest, consistent, fairly priced, and personable. You don't have to pick. You get all four of those things. Tommy and his guys have kept my last two cars running. As a matter of fact, they are STILL keeping them both running as the guy I sold the old one to kept 75th st on as his go to shop. I have since moved many a neighborhood away and still bring my 2007 Chrysler here for everything it needs.

Call before you go and ask them what time they can take you in and you won't have to wait long. Courteous and honest. Highly recommend them.

Charged me $60 for a ny state inspection that was supposed to cost $37. Then yelled at me and berated me when I asked about the charge.

I live approximately 4 miles away from this shop, and even thought I have 100's of car repair shops in my neighbor (Coney Island) I will not go to any other shop. Tommy the owner and his team of awesome mechanics have never failed me. I have been going to this shop for over 10 years and never ever had to return after any initial repairs on my car. Tommy is a gentleman trustworthy and fair with his prices. He is respectful of his female clients never condescending and always accommodating He is a gentleman and runs his shop accordingly. Tommy and his crew have been a blessing to me and my extended family. If you are looking for a honest auto repair shop this is your go to shop. I read the reviews and it's true. Tommy and his mechanics are great. Pin pointed the problem right away and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. I will be bringing my cars there for now on. I found my guy.

Really enjoy coming here. The owner is a true gentleman. He is down to earth and understands how to speak to customers. He’s a very nice guy, and honestly his staff is very friendly as well. I’ve had good experiences over the past few years with this business and will continue to go there. Also, they seem to charge really fair prices, I’ve never needed them to do something and felt I was being over charged. Would recommend this place to everybody… don’t think twice just go!

Really good people here, they do their best to get things done right. Just be aware that they're chocked busy so you may need to schedule with them to get things done, but they always do it right to the best of their ability. They are honest and upfront about everything, there's no bsing here. Their prices are also pretty fair. Super professional and nice.

This shop is a treasure. Although I hadn’t been a customer before and they always seem quite busy, they replaced an about-to-die battery lickety-split for me recently. And especially impressive, they diagnosed and repaired an emergency sudden onset fuel leak basically overnight last week. Honest, trustworthy and friendly. Tommy is salt of the earth and he and his guys not only hustle but know what they’re doing. I don’t need to gratuitously diss local Ford Service, but they on the other hand have no customer service skills, constantly upsell, take forever, charge an arm and a leg, and are just awful to deal with. You just gotta have a great and reliable mechanic/shop and this is THE place!
