Guy came to install my power steering pump on my Nissan. Please beware he left a wire loose and burst my axle. Keep in my mind I just asked him to replace the power steering pump and he didn’t finish the job because he burst my passenger side front axle. Please ladies and gentlemen beware!!!!!

I wish I could give 5 million stars. In short, Ace went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to get me back on the road when I was stranded with a broken radiator 500 miles from home. During a road trip, I was in a minor accident on I-40 in Arkansas. Unfortunately, my radiator's coolant inlet was damaged and leaking, meaning I couldn't drive far without overheating. So, I got a tow to a dealership service center in Memphis, where they confirmed the radiator needed replacing. However, they claimed they couldn't do it because of collision damage; instead, they told me to take it to a body shop. This was Saturday, July 1st. Most shops in Memphis were closed, and those open wouldn't take me without an appointment. Thankfully, I found Ace. I brought the car to him, and he quickly identified and explained what was damaged/could be fixed/would need replacing (including a hood latch the dealership broke!) He then went to find parts while I waited at a nearby restaurant. About an hour later, Ace messaged me with bad news: there were no radiators compatible with my car anywhere in Memphis. The nearest he could find was in Jackon, Tennessee, 80 miles away. *And he was on his way to get it.* Ninety minutes later, Ace sent me a picture of a brand new radiator. Two hours after that, he asked where I was. I gave him the address of the motel where I was staying, and he showed up, handed me the new radiator, and told me to come over in the morning. (By then, it was after 10 PM.) Ace doesn't normally work Sundays, but since I was stuck far away from home, he made an exception. After a quick trip to AutoZone for a hose, clamps, and engine coolant, Ace extracted the busted radiator and installed the new one in under an hour--something the dealership said couldn't be done. I then drove 500 miles to Ohio without issue. I cannot thank Ace enough for everything he did for me. He was available when I needed him, he made a 160+ mile round trip for a critical part, and he worked on his day off. I compensated him for the travel and overtime, and even then, his price was more than fair. I cannot recommend Ace highly enough. If you're in Memphis and you need work done on your vehicle, call Ace first.

This man is a scammer. If he works on your car make sure you buy your own parts and he doesn’t. I paid him for parts and labor but he never purchased new parts he used my old one that was already on my vehicle. How I know because something else had to be fix own my vehicle and I was told by the other mechanic that the part on my car was not you. He knew what the problem was with my car but he still got over on me. It’s so crazy that it be your own color people getting over on you. Just be careful because people are always out to get you.

Ace answered my call as I was in distress at 3:30AM. We agreed on a time for him to come fix my car when the Simon came up. He arrived and finished the job in less than 45 mins at a VERY AFFORDABLE RATE. He literally came and fixed it after 2 other mobile mechanics came and made things easy worse than they originally were. This dude was literally a lifesaver.would recommend to ANYONE!!!

Best mechanic I've seen so far here in the city of Memphis Tennessee. Not only does he tell you what is wrong with your vehicle whether you want it fixed right away or later, he explains everything to you in detail so that you understand and see visually the nature of the problem. In my case it was my brake system. He did an amazing job and with the time given it was prompt. Reasonable prices, very professional and courteous. I'm telling you guys, he's amazing at what he does! I've found my mechanic! You better snag him for the job if you want it done Right..

I called and he was at my house in 30 minutes. He changed my radiator and fixed some other issues that I was having. I really appreciate the fact that he explained everything to me, so I knew what was happening. I'm definitely using him from now on.
