I just called for roadside service for my semi-truck with an electrical problem and just for installing the computer to check, they are charging me $500 for this without solving the problem, just for installing the computer. Scammers.👎verry bad service.

Honestly don’t understand any of the negative reviews. I take care of a 250 power unit fleet. A-1 is honestly the only company that provides any value in a 50 mile radius. They are always my only call.

Battery died on me. I was at a business nearly next door. $125 for an uneventful jump start... Ouch. The tow operator was professional and friendly. The dispatcher, or the one who took my call seemed as if she was having a busy day but was friendly enough given the approaching bad weather. Bring your roadside assistance needs here.

ED did a great job. Issue was fix and never had any problems again. When I am having other issues ED always guide me through the process to fix it, if he can’t make it to me. Thanks ED for great service. If you are in the DMV area, I will recommend A1 road service.

Well I called these wonderful ppl an they said they would have a service truck out to me in an hour. I get a call almost 2 hours later saying they aren't going to make it an to call someone else. I won't be calling this company back.

I am an owner/operator based out of Richmond Virginia. I recently had a oversized load out of the port of Baltimore. As I pulling out I realized I had a flat. I call A 1 and was told it would be about an hour to get to me ( pretty standard) My technician Ryan was out to me within 20. He did a great job in a timely manner and was really helpful with some questions I had. They were fair with their pricing, but most importantly. I needed an accurate scale reading for my permits. He said he had another call to go on, but he would get me to a scale and a safe place to tarp. He said the way my GPS was taking me I couldn't go because of my oversized load. He took the time to get me where I needed to be. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I am broke down in Baltimore again I will absolutely use A 1 again. Thanks again Ryan!!

I waited at a TA all day (8 hours)for batteries to be replaced and they kept telling me I was next in line. Called this company up and they showed up in less than an hour. Took about an hour and 1/2 to get them installed and I was good to go! Meanwhile, TA called and said I’d have to wait until the morning to get the batteries replaced. Should have called A1 first. Thanks! t

This morning our driver called saying his truck didn't start. So I called Ed at A1 road services in Baltimore and he quickly sent a road service and had our truck started in no time. In our industry time is money and Ed put our truck back on the road and we were able to go load our load and move on. Great service and It will be my go to guy for sure.

I had trailer tire blow out on I-95. They were there in under an hour with the best used tire I've ever bought. They knew what they were doing, they did it well and they wasted no time getting me back on the road. The price was 15% cheaper than the same service from a place in Florida. I rarely give 5 stars, but in this case, they deserve it.

The company doesnt know the differance between recaps..They put a recap on my front tire and I had to go buy a new tire the next day..What a waste of money this company is...NEVER USE THEM......
