MY EXPERIENCE WITH TOM IN THE SHOP WAS MUCH GREATER THAN FIVE STARS THEY ARE VERY HONEST YOU'RE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND HELPFUL I CAN SAY THAT'S NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE IN WISCONSIN WITH OTHER SHOPS WHICH I WON'T NAME ONCE AGAIN I WOULD SUGGEST THESE PEOPLE FOR INSURANCE WORK THEY WORK WELL WITH GEICO FOR ME ACTUALLY FANTASTIC AND IS EVERYBODY KNOWS WORKING WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES ISN'T EASY AND THEY MADE IT VERY EASY SO ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU TO TOM AND ALL HIS ASSOCIATES AND I DEFINITELY WOULD REFER THIS THIS SHOP JUST FYI I WAS IN AUTOMOTIVE FOR 15 YEARS MANAGEMENT AND SALES AND I KNOW HOW REPAIR SHOPS WORK AND ONCE AGAIN TO SAY THESE PEOPLE ARE THE MOST HONEST THAT I'VE EVER WORKED WITH AND TO REPEAT MYSELF I WOULD SUGGEST THIS TO EVERYONE THANK YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD HAPPY THANKSGIVING 🦃🦃🦃 AND HOLIDAY'S TO THESE GREAT PEOPLE DANO 🇺🇸🇮🇹🐾 CHESTER 🇺🇸🇩🇪🐾 JP ( JUST TO ADD I SPENT 10 YRS IN HIGHLINE CARS AS MGR/ SALES ASTON MARTIN MASERATI PORSCHE) SO MY COMMENTS HAVE CREDIBILITY N HUMAN SINCERETY,)

I have been going to this tire shop since the early 90s, and have to say that I have always received the best service. They really care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their work. I am their customer for life and definitely recommend them to everyone who needs tires and all around good service.

Amazing job hands down recommend to everyone. Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change 😅 I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough 😭❤️ I will forever go here from here on out if I ever have car troubles again.

Through my consecutive ownership of 3 different Honda Accords, Steve, Tom, and the service professionals at A and A tire have become my family’s trusted auto technicians. As I have been a client for more than two years, it’s always easy for me to receive professional, effective, and efficiently-performed repairs, especially when —> opting to drop off my car in the top lot the night prior to repair <— and leaving my keys and a detailed note of service requests in the overnight drop box. Steve and Tom are straight shooters. They tell it like it is and offer pricing that outperforms Honda dealership service charges - even for oil changes on an Accord from 2006. On more intensive jobs as well, like a ball joint replacement or installing a piston rod, the job has always been done with conscientiousness to my need for mobility by making sure to keep me informed and able to drive safely if the project continues for multiple days. To say I recommend this place is an understatement!!! Due to the construction on hwy100, I ended up with a flat tire less then 24 hours before we were suppose to drive 6 hours to a funeral. After calling several places, this shop not only ordered the tire without me committing financially but also looked at my husbands car that night as his check engine light came on earlier that day. I found out I had a flat around 3pm and by 1130am the next day we not only had a new tire, but the shop also repaired the other tire for FREE as a back up. Costumer service was outstanding both in person and on the phone. My husband and I have agreed this will be our go to car place in the future!

We use A&A to handle our really tough mounting and balancing jobs and they are always perfect when we get them back. Customer service is above and beyond. It's always a how can we help and yes when we call. Definitely the best tire shop in the area.

I've used A&A 2 times now for tires and both experiences have been great. They got me in the same day both times. They are honest and the work is done well. Go see these guys for your tire needs and basic repairs.

This tire shop is awesome. I almost don't want to write this review because I'd rather keep it a secret, but with service and pricing like this, these guys deserve a shout out. I was referred here by another company, and it was a great referral. Treat you right, make you feel like you're the only one, even though they clearly are not lacking business, and you leave feeling like you got a great price with great service. Thanks, gentlemen.

I was told about A&A tire for my brakes. After calling several dealerships and getting no where I called A&A. They were so nice and actually cared about me driving with bad brakes!! They got me in the very next day and I could not be happier!!

I would never take a rim up there to get installed. They hacked my wire rim up. Really bad to the point where almost wasn't able to save it and didn't take any money off. Bad business and i'm going to contact a better business bureau in that situation too

This has been my preferred tire shop for quite a few years. They have always provided great service and competitive prices. A couple of days ago, I took one of our cars there for a leaky tire. I just showed up first thing on a Monday, unannounced, and got a call about an hour later that the repair was finished. Can't get any better than that! Thanks, Steve.
