Best Mechanic in town! This place deserves every single star. Picking a mechanic sometimes can be stressful but A+ automotive is an honest experienced company. Everytime I bring my car here I am very pleased and I'm very appreciative! Not to mention everyone who works there from my experience was also incredibly kind. Highly recommend!

Wish I could say great thing's, but that's not the case. Went there after looking at reviews, saying how spectacular they were. I had just bought a new used car wanted it checked out. Here's the thing, I don't even think they pulled my car into the garage? Can't prove it, but after about an hour of watching a horrid TV show of women behaving badly. I mechanic came in told me "Everything is great" It's a great car!!! The dealer sold you a good one?! Well, not really because I took it to the Nissan dealer, and they told me my transmission, and the alternator were bad, and would need to be replaced, which they did. I checked my car with a Car coder, it had 33 codes?!? So did they just take my $150, say they looked at my car, boot me out the door, did nothing?? Would rather have my money back. I won't be going back. I'm a sucker for believing in the reviews.

Decided to give these guys a chance but by doing so I spent a lot of money and lost money because I didn’t have my car to do Uber/Lyft. Took my car in because my car was making noises while braking. They said I need brakes and rotors. I said okay do the brakes and rotors. Get the car back and still making noises but on the opposite side. Take it back to them…they say I need axle and wheel bearing…I’m like I thought I just needed brakes and rotors. I said can I just pick up my car….they advise it wouldn’t be smart to drive with that issue….your wheel could come off. I said whatever just do it. Down $1,500 at this point. Two weeks now without my car. Get the car back and guess what it’s still making the same grinding noise! I have paid for new brakes and rotors, axles and bearings and didn’t mention a new battery and starter with them. And I can’t get this problem fixed. Took the car back again to have them check but the Car is now sitting there for 3 days and still haven’t looked over it yet. I don’t care how many cars were there before mines! Have the courtesy to remedy my issue! I HATE MAKING REVIEWS LIKE THIS BUT IM TIRED OF BEING SCREWED OVER! NOW IM JUST GOING TO TAKE MY LOSSES AND PICK MY CAR UP AND JUST TAKE IT TO DEALERSHIP OR SOMETHING BEFORE THEY MAKE UP SOMETHING ELSE!

Their repairs are a scam, wouldn’t recommend. First took my car in because I was hearing grinding noises when I was breaking and after inspection they said I needed new brakes and rotors. After the did the repair, only a day later I started hearing weird noises again. I took it back and they said that the car’s brakes needed to be lubed because that’s what was causing the grinding the noise. I’m not sure why they didn’t do that in the first place but ok, had it lubed and got it back. Next day, SAME issue and brought it in again, frustrated by this point that I can’t just have a working car. They inspect again and claim that I need new axel and wheel bearings. Repairs starting to get more pricey.. I paid for it, got it repaired and got the car back. After spending over $2000 and weeks of going to them and waiting days to get the car back each time, I AM STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE! I am so fed up at this point, I feel like I am being scammed. My car is with them now, they’ve had it for 3 days and still haven’t even touched it yet. When I first came to them, they seemed honest and legit and the manager, Josh seemed nice but the work doesn’t reflect. They’ve supposedly done all these repairs and I am still having the same issue. Once I get my car back, I am finished with them and I would not recommend going to them because It seems like they take advantage of people willing to trust them and give them their hard earned money.

The team over at A+ Automotive are God sent Angels! I can’t stress this enough. As a woman, I always feel apprehensive when seeking help for maintenance work for my vehicle because I don’t want to be taken advantage of. This has NEVER been an issue while getting my car serviced at A+ Automotive! A+ has provided some of the best service I have received in Las Vegas! Buyer beware! I just went in to try to get a pre inspection on a vehicle I’m purchasing and unfortunately the girl at the counter jacked up the price right in front of me when I was walking out the door! Single mom predator pricing unfortunately. Going elsewhere. If you’re a woman go somewhere else!

Everyone knows it's difficult to find a good yet also reliable mechanic. It's the first thing you want to do when you move to a new city. A+ Automotive is that mechanic for me. I take all my German cars here, and they've been a real pleasure to work with. Josh is friendly and very communicative--like talking to an old friend who happens to be a top notch mechanic. Their prices have been reasonable, work has been great, and my Porsches get the treatment they deserve.

I do most of the work on my cars myself because trust is difficult to find in shops in my opinion. I've worked with several of the employees there and all have been stellar in educating me, informing me of updates, and ultimately, fixing my vehicle. If I have an issue I cant or dont want to handle, I'll be sure to bring it back.

I have had a lot of work done here. I found the price to be great, a few of the jobs were difficult and they breezed through fixing stuff left and right. I'm really in good shape, thanks for the hard work and being Straight forward. Communications skills were great they called me with plenty of updates and called when they needed more info..

I’ve been getting my cars serviced here for years and they never disappoint. The manager Josh is always professional and never shys away from answering any of my questions, however long it may take. I appreciate that as someone who has been taken advantage of at other shops due to not being super well versed in the mechanics world. I always get clear explanations of what’s happening with my vehicles, as well as the cost broken down. I have shopped around a bit to compare prices and they always seem to be extremely fair on costs. On top of that, the mechanics are always friendly and professional as well. I feel welcome and that my business is appreciated. Not always the case at some of these other places around town that rush you in and out, just trying to make money off you. Definitely recommend and will continue to take my vehicles here!

Great people. Went on a 6k plus mile road trip through California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, etc, but my alternator died on me as I entered Vagas. At this point, I was in a rush to get back home to Canada. They did me a massive solid in having the repair done within a few hours so I could get back on the road again. If you're in the area, this should be your first choice. Thanks again. Repair got me the remaining 1,500 miles back home.

I can't tell you how many times I've come to this place with an issue with my girlfriend's Jetta that prevents me from working on it. Each time I show up, I give them the parts they need, and they get the job done within 24 hours. Completely upfront with you about parts, labor, and prices. I've even called them about replacing wheel studs on my Blazer, and they gave me a general idea of how to DIY. Any job that you figure you can't do or just don't want to mess it up, these guys can help you out. From a car person to the general public, try these guys out. They'll work with you.

I've worked with A+ Automotive a few times now, and I keep coming back. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and the prices are pretty good. There are 3 or 4 other repar shops in the same parking lot, so make sure to call beforehand so that they are expecting the vehicle.

This place is a joke. My truck had been at this shop for a total of 3 months. Brought my vehicle back 3 times for them to still not get it right. If you’re okay with them returning your vehicle to you with missing parts and hanging pieces not ONCE or TWICE but THREE times go ahead. If you want to inspect and check everything you just paid someone a lot of money to do then this is the shop for you. If you want to talk to someone who lies through their teeth and assures your car will be given back worse then when it came in, Josh and Todd are your men.

Whoever hires the mechanics here obviously doesn’t know how auto shops are supposed to work. You just hire anybody who says they know how to change a tire? You’d think their manager josh would be better; but he’s the pinnacle of poor management and disrespect.

As a single mom it can be a struggle to find a trustworthy mechanic but I can say this place has never let me down..Josh has been fair with his prices and gets the repairs done as fast as possible every time..I highly recommend giving them a try for anything your car needs 10/10 a sense of comfort knowing i can count on them!

I took my car to fixed it they told me fixed but after I went home car still liked I told them likek can bring it back they told me okay after I talked they shop they give me damage with check engine signals I don't give you with check engine signals & abs sistume on can you fixed it they told me I Blevins my mechanic your car have more problems after that I take it to auto zone for check engine signals they told me electrical issues them I took it another shop they diagnosed it broken air sistume cost me $750'00 because they give me back car check engine signals and broken air sistume

Honest, trustworthy mechanic. Had car trouble driving down from Salt Lake, and once Josh was done I felt very confident my car was in much better shape. If I lived here he would be my go to mechanic!

I’ve been going to this shop for a while, I appreciate how they explain everything so there are no surprises. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and even though they get super busy they still try to get you in and out the shop in a timely fashion.

Pretty honest guys here. They'll try to save you money where some others would probably try and upsell you on things you might not necessarily need, ect. Josh was great to deal with, and so was the other manager, whom I forgot his name. The receptionist they have is also very helpful and friendly.
