This bodyshop ordered parts and wrote checks on accounts that were closed. They will not return calls and don't seem to care that they stole body parts for cars they are repairing. If you would like to have this removed you can contact me with a valid CC to make the purchase of $554.19 valid.

I am very dissatisfied with the service and the way the manager handled the entire situation. They’ve told me on several occasions that my car should be ready in a couple of days and it wasn’t. My car has been there over 3 months now!!!! My insurance company has paid them. I thought I was finally getting my car Friday, March 17th. I get there, the inside of the car is very dusty, outside of the car was dirty with adhesive residue on it. My car had to be jump started so they called for a battery. Once the battery finally came and was replaced, the car wouldn’t start at all. The undercarriage was dragging the ground on one side and the silver covering for the fog light was not on. The engine light & battery light was on. The gas gauge was behind.the E! I was discussed at that point and left

I have had vehicles repaired here, and I rent U-Haul trucks from here often. I feel like a valued customer on both sides of the spectrum. Barry and Jonathan are very personable, and are quick to right any thing that was below the original expectation. I will definitely return to do business here.

My car has been in this shop since November 27th, 2023. On the rareoccasions that I have been able to get in touch with someone, I am told they're still waiting on a part. No one will return phone calls. I have gone there on 3 separate occasions p, and no one in the office is available , or can be found. . This has been a nightmare . I guess if I were a. Male customer, I would be treated different. If I ever get my car back, I will never use them again. Definitely would not recommend.

This shop solicited my business two days after my vehicle was involved in an accident and I am unsure of how it was obtained. My vehicle was picked up and taken to Kinston and since January it is still in the same condition. The owner at first told me that he ordered a part back in February, he continued to tell me when I called from March until April that the car was fixed but they are painting it. Every week he would say call back on Tuesday, then Friday until my husband went to the shop unannounced and asked to see the vehicle and absolutely nothing was repaired. As a matter of fact, my car was backed up in some trees and did not have a tarp over it. To make a long story short...my vehicle has been at this shop since January, nothing has been repaired and my name was signed on the insurance check by someone other than myself. I am having to waste time with Lenoir County Court system to try to get this rectified and all because this company which has solicited my business. I would not consider speaking with anyone from this business and if you have a vehicle that is supposed to be repaired, you may want to go check on your vehicle. I had to give at least one store to be able to post this message, but I would not give it even that.

First of all Jonathan contacted me because he got information that I was in and accident. My back end was totally smashed the damages estimated $4,637.26 they also got and additional check from the insurance company for something that I don’t know what for . My trunk is a mess the elderly lady and the young girl who work there was literally trying to fix the trunk once I popped it open it was that bad .the lady kept apologizing at that point, but mind you before I opened the trunk she was very smite with me and in front of myself and the people at the rental office she admitted it wasn’t right my back left tail light doesn’t even work !!! So No never will I go back there or recommend this place to anyone !!

Highly recommend this company for any auto body needs! My car was rear ended and Johnathon was very helpful and friendly and so was rest of staff. They was very quick and fixed my car like brand new in 2 days! Highly recommend and will only be using them going forward thanks!

Shop told me the repairs would be done in 2 weeks.. I didn't get my car back for another 45 days. They ordered parts without dissamblying the car first, which led to multiple delays. End result: I was not satisfied with the repairs. Body panels weren't aligned properly, headlight was angled incorrectly, paint is chipping badly after 3 months and the paint is cloudy. I was told that I would be getting a brand new bumper and fender, but they ended up just repairing them and you can still see damage below the repaint.

I loved my experience with this auto body shop. They fixed the damages on my vehicle after a lady ran a red light and hit my vehicle. They were very polite and respectful and did a fantastic job with the repairs, and it didn't take forever to get fixed. Thank you A and L Body Shop of Kinston.

I have nothing but great things to say about this business. First off the communication was excellent and efficient. The work done to my car looks very good and professional. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and understanding. Justin, Barry and Daniel are the people I dealt with and they made sure I was satisfied and happy with every decision that was made. If I ever need another car repair they are definitely my go to guys hands down!

The worst experience., delivered my car to be fixed and once it was returned to me I had cigaret 3 burns on my floor mat, my front bumper had new damages my interior someone had to been chewing tobacco and just spit on the side of the lower interior panel and once I mentioned to them the chop manager said he wasn’t aware of any of that never again NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I had a car accident back in April. My car was picked up from honda and brought to this shop because I was told it would be cheaper or easier with the insurance company. Whatever. They did nothing. I still have a bent side hood, my tires were so unbalanced, I was told by honda they were amazed we even made it to Missouri. Long story short. They gave us after market tires, not even honda tires. Theres a few things that still need to be fixed. My alignment cant get fixed at the moment because something is bent, a bump would knock it out of place. So now I have to go to a collision center. When I was able to get my car back, they gave it to me with the tire pressure light still on. I'm beyond livid. Do not go to these people if you really want the best service for your vehicle.

Took them no time to handle all of the insurance jargen you normally got through. Got me into a loaner vehicle until the original vehicle was fixed. Great customer service and great crew that works together in all departments.

Wonderful company! They came to my work, dropped off my rental and picked up my car, repaired it, then brought it back to my work and picked up the rental. New bodywork was great too! Highly recommended!
