It's quite refreshing to support local businesses that actually care for their customers. I don't have a favorite rep because everyone at A&M Tires provides top-tier service and products. In and out this morning in less than an hour, which included waiting my turn, assessing the problem, and resolving it. Been going to them for years, and they never disappoint. The lady in the black jeep who was almost in tears this morning says, "Thank You".

Was in travelling path's of Orlando FL area, and my SUV came across some tire issues. Glad I found this honest & experienced tire shop as they didn't upsell me any extra service. Also provided extra options that would resolve the issue quicker and within budget. Dealt with Sam (Eddie for swift Tie-Rod replacement); he has a giant heart to find you in a safe situation when it comes to tire repair. I cant THANK them enough for his direct insight and hospitality. There are good shops out there and this is definitely one I have came across, no worries to get their recommendation.

I didn't even have to step foot in this establishment to know that I didn't want them to service my car. They need to learn customer service skills whether in person or over the phone. It's just as important as hard skills!

No hay cero estrellas, en este lugar cambiaron mi llanta de repuesto por una totalmente destruida, por supuesto yo no revise y me la cambiaron, la ponchada por una basura q guardaron en el baúl del carro... todo se devuelve, sr Fredy y equipo, sean honestos. Por si la duda, esto fue el ańo pasado , solo que hasta hoy que pase por ahi y los vi,pense a cuantos mas le harian cosas asi. 🚘🎪
