Just looked up mechanic shops around me and saw these guys and there reviews impressed me. I just needed to get a brake light fixed and wanted to see if they could do it and how much it would cost. Tbh I was expecting them to charge me a lot to do it and be short with me about it. But quite the contrary, this younger gentleman, forgot name unfortunately 🤦🏼‍♂️ but he was so kind and customer service was so felt. He was like, “Oh will just charge for the bulb change as long as it’s not something that will be difficult and take to long to do and even then we will be fair with the pricing of that” He took care of me in 10 min at the most! Was very intentional through the whole process and you can tell they are very genuine and very customer service forward which is honestly rare these days! I will be keep these guys on someone I will use again because of the customer care! It really does speak volumes to me when someone cares about you as a customer/person and you’re not just another dollar to milk money out of.

Bilal gave us a wonderful buying experience on a vehicle! The Passat we purchased was even better in person and priced lower than other similar vehicles we previously looked at that day. He made the purchase quick and easy and we would easily go to Bilal again if in need. It is obvious he is well liked and respected by his many familiar customers. That gave us a lot of confidence in Bilal and our purchase. It was wonderful to stay in FTW for this purchase and to have such an awesome experience!

I recently had to go on a long road trip and needed some very last minute maintenance before I headed out the next morning. A+ Autos went absolutely above and BEYOND to be sure my car was safe to drive and I was still able to leave on time — Best customer service I have ever experienced. Beyond that, I feel their prices are always fair and they thoroughly explain what needs to be done and why. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Bilal is amazing! He stayed late to take my car for a test drive when I was fighting traffic to get there before closing, kept my car for the weekend and diagnosed + fixed it, and even came in on his day off to get me the keys so I could drive to school on Monday. He is always very hard working, efficient, and has very reasonable pricing —which is greatly appreciated as a college student! When in doubt, I always go to A+ now!

I was introduced to this shop ironically by my partner popping a tire and this being the most accessible place to quickly pull in and assess the damage. Now we’re customers for life. I’ve never had a better experience with a car repair shop. Every time I need to bring my car in the staff is timely, kind, and so helpful! I never feel like I’m being upsold with heaps of things I don’t actually need, and they are so honest in their advice for you which is rare to find nowadays. They also are extremely patient in explaining things and genuinely want to help you. I couldn’t replace my back windshield wiper on my car and I took it in and they popped it on for free—just incredibly kind people. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. These guys are my go-to!

Bilal is very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He always makes sure to explain what's the actual issue, whether it can wait or needed to be fixed right away and what would be the best cost for which you can get that auto part if replacement is needed. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him to all car owners who doesn't want to be ripped off by auto repair shops.

These guys are great! They really go the extra mile to be transparent and work with you to fix the issue. My truck was pulling to the right and they worked with it until they made it right. Now my truck drives like a dream. Their pricing was also fair for the extent of the work completed. You really feel valued here and not taken advantage of like you do at many shops or the dealership. Very happy to have found Bilal and his team!

Took my truck in to get diagnosed. I was having an issue with the vehicle stalling. I informed them that I had done all simple diagnosis. The truck has spark, the truck has proper fuel pressure. I suggested they check for vacuum leak and a compression check. Those 2 diagnostic checks are not simple for a diy guy. The owner said he has the tool to check compression but they don't do that. Anyways my truck stalled out on the mechanic behind the shop on Waverly way. I had to get my vehicle back to my home myself. They didn't charge me anything so that was ok I guess. They had the truck for 3 days I'm sure they didn't do anything until the 3rd day when it stalled on the test drive and wouldn't start again. I'm sure if you know what you want done they can do it buy diagnostics is not something they can trusted with. I normally fix my own vehicle but I couldn't find the problem myself if I had compression tester then I'm sure I could've had the issue taken care of. I'm very frustrated with this shop I only went here because I was able to drop off after hours. I will have to go somewhere else with it.

Absolutely fantastic! My minivan threw a belt and was almost undrivable (power steering, alternator, and cooling fan all run off the belt). This is my only car so I needed it to get to work. I called Bilal and explained my situation and he told me to bring it in. I dropped the car off and walked around to block to grab a bite to eat until the work was completed. Before I could finish eating Bilal called and said the work was done. A+ scores an A+ for all metrics. I couldn't have asked for better service, timeliness of repair, or price. He is highly recommended. Thanks Bilal.

As a young girl I was always scared to step into a shop without feeling like I'm trying to be sold something for my car. Bilal was with my car journey since the beginning! my car was having unsolved issues and was trying to find out what was going on since it was a "mystery" case. When I took my car to the dealership even they couldn't find what was wrong with it for 2 months.. My car stayed in the dealership for 2 MONTHS! When I brought the paper work from the test the dealership had done on the car, he suggested we replace the alternator with a new one. After 7 months of mystery work.. the car was done ! Bilal did replace the alternator and even did the state inspection all at once ! which was a HUGEE relief for me. We stayed in contact through SMS ! I never felt so comfortable and trusting In a shop. Which is why I give this 5/5 🌟 ! I will be bringing my car back to this shop for any work that it needs done

Excellent work on Jeep. Fixed quickly and diagnosed the problem. Jeep was overheating a problem caused when I took it to Jeep dealership before. Excellent price, fast service, reliable, friendly. He is now my mechanic .

Bilal and his team were exceptional! I had a problem with my car and after taking it to other mechanics I was overcharged and they were unable to fix the problem. As soon as I walked in they knew exactly what was wrong and went on to fix it immediately, and for a great price. I will be a permanent customer of this shop!

I rarely write reviews but after the kindness Bilal at A+ Auto Centers showed my husband and I felt compelled to write one. My 2014 Kia Forte has been having A/C problems since I bought it several years ago. After paying a different shop to fix the A/C, it went out three weeks later. A family friend used Bilal before and recommended I take it to him. He fixed my A/C the same day without overcharging me like the last two places did. He took the time to show me exactly where the problem was and helped me understand what was wrong with my vehicle. Prior to moving to Texas, I had the same auto repair service for eight years and now I believe A+ Auto Centers (Bilal) is my new partner for helping me keep Bruce (my car) up and running. A + Auto Centers is honest, efficient, and kind. Couldn’t speak more highly of them. Thank you so much for taking the time to help us out this past year.
