A&S is incredible! After a small crash, I spent all day calling around town but couldn’t get in touch with anyone—except A&S. They got back to me right away, were completely honest about the repair options, and had me bring my car in immediately. After assessing the damage, they gave me the choice of having their bodywork guy fix it or replacing the part entirely. I asked if they could fix it to save me the cost of a new part, but told them I’d be willing to pay if it was necessary. They estimated one to two weeks for the repair, but in just 5 days, I picked up my car. They did an amazing job on my bumper without needing to replace the part. You can’t even tell it was damaged! I will definitely be coming back here. Honest, skilled people—thank you!

Pretty great experience! I had some unexpected car issues and had to get my transmission and catalytic converter replaced here. This was my first experience here so I was a bit nervous, even with the good reviews here I always am a bit hesitant taking my car to a new mechanic. But both Emil and Mike were very friendly and explained everything pretty clearly. They got my car fixed up and working, were patient with me, and were very accommodating. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend these guys, especially if you need a good mechanic in a pinch.

They kept my car for four days (which was longer than promised) and replaced the oxygen sensor and related parts for almost $1000 because “unfortunately your problem was the most expensive one possible.” Maybe that was true, maybe not. One month later my check engine light is back on, I get it diagnosed at Auto Zone, and what do you know—it’s the oxygen sensor again. I bring it back to A & S to see if they’ll fix their mistake without another charge since I JUST had it fixed here and get told “maybe, if you can show me receipts showing that this was the service you had done here.” Of course the receipts they send don’t itemize the charges, so there’s no proof that’s what I had done! Convenient for them. I ask if it’s not in their records and the guy gives me a dismissive half answer about how I should have that info. Beyond furious about how much money and time I wasted here only to have to take it somewhere else to have to pay for the exact same service again. Ridiculous.

My daughter’s car broke down and she called us in Florida so we searched the nearby area & found A&S right across the street from her with great reviews so we gave it a try. So glad we found them. They were friendly, communicative, professional and kept us updated about what was happening. Made the whole experience a whole lot less stressful for my daughter. Highly recommend!

Emil is AMAZING. I had a problem with my rack and pinion, unfortunately we got a defective replacement rack and pinion. It worked for 18 months and the same problem emerged. At 18 months the part was out of warrenty from the supplier. Emil went ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! He took an absolute bath in his profit. He not only got the supplier to replace the rack and pinion at the supplier's cost, he charged half-labor. This guy is honorable, skilled, and personable. All my major repairs will go through him, even though he is 50 miles from my residence. He stands by his work, even when it is out of warranty. EMIL IS THE BEST!

Great first experience this morning. I contacted the shop earlier this week about replacing my passenger side mirror. I brought it in just after 9am Friday and they had it fixed and waiting for me outside the door in 30 mins. The gentleman I dealt with was engaged and polite. I will absolutely come back for future service.

I went to go for my spark plugs to be changed and I retrieved my car back in worse condition than it was before. My car is now making squeaking noises, yet the owner has refused to fix it. I had the absolute worse customer service here.

Very reliable garage. No matter what issue your facing they’re willing to tackle it. If they ever make a mistake they take full responsibility and fix it no charge. They’re definitely pricey but not as bad as your local dealer.
