I had a flat tire and needed a quick repair. 15 minutes later I was leaving with a fixed tire. The only downside was their pricing - I feel like $42 for a tire repair is a bit too much

A&W has been a great repair shop every time I visit. The staff are very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond more times that I can count at this point, including staying open extra hours to finish up my car before a long road trip. I can’t recommend them enough!

When I first moved to Philly 4 years ago, I checked out every single shop near me. When I first brought my car to A&W, Andy + Willie were still at the shop working on the cars. They we're kind, helpful, reasonably priced, but most of all they were honest. Recently I've had experience with Damon and Maxine and they too have been incredible and honest. Thank you A&W team!

Tried this place because of the good reviews! place was good, however, I mentioned an issue where fluids were leaking into my cabin. They lied and said they checked it all out (even GASLIGHTED me!) when I mentioned it and showed them before I left since my floor was still wet? Turns out it was a huge issue!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Great shop I know I can trust. I thought I would have to pat a lot of money to have my AC fixed and instead it was nothing but a clogged line. They cleared the drain and I was on my way the next day.

I was recommended to go here by my brother, so naturally, I figured it's safe. Well, it was beyond what I expected. I called for an appointment to get my registration updated, and not only were they on time, but my car was ready quickly. The mechanics took time to explain all that was correct, as well as give me timelines on when to get other work needed completed. So it's safe to say I found my new mechanics! This place is the best.

Trust. That’s what I primarily look for in a mechanic. I know next to nothing about cars and need to know that I can trust the people working on my car. They EASILY could have taken me for a ride but ended up calling me 30 minutes after dropping off the car to let me know I was out of oil and that all the symptoms I was telling them about was likely caused by just that instead of something much more expensive. I appreciate that and will be back next time I need help! PART TWO: Just picked up my car today July 7, 2023. Again, it was a super easy and quick fix but they could have told me anything and I would have had to believe them. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars and ended up paying $81 with tax.

Heard nothing but good things about this place so wanted to give it a try. All I wanted to do was get an oil change. I scheduled it a week in advance. They had it so I could bring it in right when they opened at 7. 9:15 AM , no update. When I call they said it would be done by 10:30? I have never had an experience like this while getting an oil change before. I understand places get busy but it’s the lack of communication and proper planning for me. Over three hours to get your car looked at for an oil change would normally prompt some type of warning or at least an update. The attitude seemed nonchalant and it was a very strange first impression. Playing with peoples time is not a joke. It seems other people have had positive experiences but 🤷🏼

I’ve been taking my car here for about 4 years and I’ve only had wonderful experiences here. They are proof that amazing customer service still exists! Everyone who works here is really friendly and does great work. I appreciate the fair prices, too. Strongly recommend A&W!!
