Don’t go here they try to act like they don’t understand you and force you to pay a more price after the work is done, and they’re very rude, and the wait time for them to assist customers are very slow, The Body shop and mechanic shop and both together and deal with each others customers over the phone and quote customers low to get them to take their car here, 1 star for doing what they got paid to do. Don’t go here avoid this place, They’re not honest people, Happy new years hope the new year brings you guys the best.

Horrible customer service. I was quoted over the phone a certain price and when I went in to get the service they provided me with another price. Staff seems a bit unease with their job and makes you feel as if they’re doing you a favor. I will definitely not waste my time and save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Very rude and unprofessional crooks,zero attention to customers and zero respect,absolute lack of communication and customer service skills. You come here by appt and you still have to beg them for their service and wait and look at them ignoring you. By the way they speak to customers looks like they came out the woods and have never dealt with people . Stay away from this place,there is a better one across the street -utires,also Ukrainian- polish but with exceptional attitude and performance

Це найгірший сервіс по відношенню до клієнтів який я коли небудь зустрічав за роки життя тут. Одного спілкування в офісі мені вистачило щоб зрозуміти, що я не хочу ремонтувати тут свій автомобіль. Грубе, не тактовне, хамське спілкування з клієнтом, який тільки вперше до вас зайшов! Чоловік в офісі був не вихованим, підвищував на мене голос, хоч я не давав для цього приводу. Візьміть в офіс нормальну людину, яка вміє спілкуватись із клієнтами, а не буде такою, ніби виросла в дикому лісі! З приводу цін нічого не можу сказати так як пощастило там не ремонтувати своє авто!

My wife came to pick up the car, they said to go look for it somewhere in the parking lot, I don't know where! After she couldn't find it, she came, they ignored her, they just said that it was there somewhere, I was looking for it, with screams, in the end, they went to look for the car, very rude behavior with customers!

Де тільки не бував на сервісах по обслуговуванню автомобілів, то ще такого не бачив як тут: сервіс захаращений поганий запах, персонал низький рівень, особливо той Ігор образ під козака який з козацтвом нічого спільного не має ганьбить козацький рід дуже байдужий не звертає уваги на клієнтів може говорити 15 хв а потім підходить що у вас? Другий чоловік теж Ігор спокійний ввічливий за нього питань немає. За ціни важко щось писати десь вищі десь нищі.

My blower fan had to be replaced and could only be done by removing and replacing my entire dashboard. I knew this and had very high estimates. A&Z did it in one day at a great price. I highly recommend them.

I was referred here by my best friend hoping for the same experience, unfortunately this was not the case. I brought my car in for a leak and was never asked or communicated what my options were or what was wrong prior to the mechanic starting the work. When I picked up the car, he just said it’s fixed and explained what he did. I don’t drive this car often, I noticed it was still leaking so I took it back a few weeks later because they told me have I have a warranty for service. After that, I was told there was no guarantee what they did the first time was going to fix the issues and they wanted to charge me more and more and said if I really wanted to guarantee the fix, I would need to spend $1000+ to get to the source of the leak versus a few hundred of which I paid for a problem that was never fixed… I wish the communication was better initially, and that they actually honored their “warranty”. He also wanted to charge $80 for a regular oil change, which is very unreasonable. All in all, I paid almost 400$ for a job that wasn’t fixed and at this point I am not even sure the service was provided. I am not the type to give negative reviews, but this was just terrible and it was my friend's recommendation.

They are fantastic! They are my mechanics. I trust them wholeheartedly. They have always looked out for me, and from what I have witnessed, their other customers as well. I have gone to other mechanics and have been seriously gouged. Not here. The wait is a bit long but well worth it. You get full customer service. They will go above and beyond to find a hard to find part ( I have an older car), get it, and fix it properly. I highly recommend them.
