My AC was giving fan at the start of summer. It got worse in the middle of the first heatwave and A1 was able to fix it for me same day! They said I may need a jacket in my car now and they weren’t wrong lol thanks A1 😎☃️🥶

I came by after a snow storm because my skid plate had come loose. 15 minutes and Rick fixed it at no charge! I will definitely be returning to A1 Auto Repair!

These guys are great, knowledgeable and helpful. When ever my work dodge sprinter is down these guys get it back up and running in a speedy time to get back to work.

These guys are really great. I have been here (sadly) numerous times and: 1) they have never pressured me into getting additional work done that I didn't need right that second by scaring me into having it done (ahem...Stevens Creek Audi, I am looking at you); 2) they sent me to the dealership when they knew something my car needed was covered by the manufacturer, even though I was at the shop and ready to get the work done there; and 3) they charge approximately half of what the dealership charges, but they still know their s**t about these cars. As a girl who gets slightly hysterical over car problems but knows very little about cars, I am ever so appreciative.

We had so many issues with this reservation. Our truck was supposed to be ready at 9am at Sherman Parking Management. When we arrived, the attendant pretty much ignored us and stalled, and then around 10am he admitted that the truck was missing from the night before. He should have told us that before we commuted over there. He was not helpful at all at helping us find an alternative. My boyfriend called uhaul and they switched the reservation to another location (A1 Auto Repairs), and they said they'd pay for the Uber ride over there. We provided the receipt, but have not received compensation. We were also told that we’d get a $50 credit towards our bill, but didn't. We had booked and paid for movers, so it sucks that we had to pay them to just sit there and do nothing since our uhaul reservation was so messed up. Once at the second uhaul location we were told that they don’t have the right truck or dolly, but out of desperation we agreed to take whatever they had. The truck was covered in graffiti and damages, and had a container of piss behind the driver's seat.

This place is great. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I deal with Singh and Andy for fuel, repairs/inspections, and U-Hauls. Both nice guys.

We reserved a uhaul for moving day and they informed us that "it wasn't available." They had a van available, but he wanted to leave by 2:30 and told us the computer would take "40 minutes" to boot up and that there was nothing he could do. Would highly recommend against using this service.

You know I took a chance on this place. The reviews (here and on yelp) aren't very good, so I wanted to share my absolutely hassle free experience. Everyone was pretty friendly, the price was fair, and the truck was really clean. Their gas pumps weren't working yet, but there's a Sunoco right on humboldt and meeker maybe 3 blocks away. Sure the place itself isn't much to look at, but you're not having a wedding here, you're picking up a u-haul! If it's the closest u-haul to you, ignore the other reviews, these guys are fine.
