2007 rav4 was making noises and thought the transmission or cv shafts but wasn't sure. Anyway, A-1 test drove the car and immediately recognized the noise and was certain what the problem was. Recommended a transmission service along with an additive, and the noise was gone. The torque converter has an internal clutch that was slipping. I appreciate their expertise and honesty. Not only did they fix the problem, but they saved us money. Thank you A-1 ! P.S. They're now doing another repair for me because I trust them.

Excellent and quick service. On vacation at Fairfield Glade. The dashboard warning light: low brake fluid!" Never seen this warning before. Called the nearest car repair shop and it would not have any available appointments for three days. They recommended A‐1 Auto Repair. I called at 8:30am and Aaron said come in at 1:00pm. In less than 2 hours the brake problem was diagnosed, part ordered and delivered, and brake repair completed. All of the staff and mechanics were wonderful. Thank you A-1 Auto Repair!!!

I always rely on A1 for my car maintenance. The work is completed quickly, and the mechanic always explains what was done in layman's terms. It's so great to have a shop that I trust. They're the best!

I have an 06 mini cooper S and do not live in Crossville.. We had an issue with the idler pulley and ultimately alternator which killed my new battery. I took the car to A1 from another repair shop who couldn’t work on it. The folks at A1 did an outstanding job did leg work for me and kept me informed through the entire process and repaired in a timely manner. Very definitely would recommend these folks to anyone

This was our first time going to A1 but it won't be the last. Went in for a brake problem expecting a big ticket fix. Instead it was a very simple (and cheaper) rerouting of the brake fluid cable. Thanks!
