Brought my car in due to malfunctioning airbag indicator. Worked with Albrik - overall pleasant experience. He did the diagnostic on day 1 and replaced the part, but the light continued to come on. Albrik recognized I needed my vehicle until they could complete the repair in the next few days, and he was very kind enough to let me pick up my vehicle and not charge me even though part of the work was complete. Came across honest which I appreciate. Pricing seemed fair. Would bring my car back again.

I recently brought my car into A1 Auto for some repairs and was incredibly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was quickly greeted by Henry, the lead mechanic, who took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and explain exactly what needed to be done. Henry's knowledge and expertise was immediately apparent. He walked me through the recommended repairs in an easy to understand way, never using any confusing technical jargon. I could tell he genuinely cared about getting my car back on the road safely. The quote he provided was more than fair, and he even found a way to save me money on a couple of the parts. Throughout the repair process, Henry kept me updated on the status and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. When I picked up my car, it was clear they had taken excellent care of it. The repairs were completed to perfection, and my vehicle was running better than ever. I was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received from Henry and the entire team at A1 Auto. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone in need of auto repairs. Henry is clearly very skilled at what he does, and he provides service with honesty and integrity. I know I'll be bringing my car back to A1 Auto for all of my future automotive needs.

I’ve consistently had great experiences with this shop! When my car's (Infiniti crossover) coolant level warning light came on, I called them and was able to bring my car in the very next day. I also returned for routine maintenance, and in both cases, Sako and his team were incredibly responsive and communicative. They offer fair prices and deliver quality work. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of reliable auto repair and car service!

This place is so expensive. They charged $420.00 to my aunt for replacement of alternator just for labor plus $498.00 for alternator $965.31 total don’t go to this place they going to screw you.avoid them.

Really had a good experience here. These guys were really kind and I felt they were trustworthy. I came in for some help with my brakes. They gave me a quote and explained everything that needed repaired. It ended up being a pretty bad problem that needed a lot of work. The quote was slightly on the higher end compared to other quotes I got but it was worth it to me for the speed and the customer service. Will definitely come back!

I had the 60k maintenance service done at this shop last September, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Despite asking the staff about the condition of my brake pads, they assured me that everything looked good. However, just a few months later, my car's ABS light came on, and I took it to Firestone. There, I found out that one of my speed sensors was burnt out, and all four brake discs needed to be replaced. It was clear that A1 Auto Repair didn't even lift my car up to check my brakes, and I'm left wondering where my money went. I definitely wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone and suggest finding another place for your maintenance and auto repair needs.

I noticed coolant leaking from my car. Al took my car in the hour and diagnosed the issue. I needed a new waterpump/thermostat. He got me the factory part and the job was done the next day. Great service and very knowledgeable.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I have never come across nicer and more honest mechanics. I needed a smog certificate for my mom’s car. I found them through a Google search and decided to go there because of their high ratings. My mom‘s car had not been used for almost 2 years so as soon as we got there, the battery died. I had a DMV appointment the next day at 10 o’clock in the morning. Sako bent over backwards to help me get the car in shape and to give me the smog certificate the next day before my appointment. He treated me with so much kindness and gave me the best prices in town. All the 5 star ratings are well deserved. I will forever be a customer. I highly recommend this place.

Best mechanic shop around. Most humble and honest mechanics works well as a great team. Edwin and Alwin helped me in changing the oil which I bought myself and also freely changed the windshield wiper which I brought to shop. Additionally checked and filled tire pressure. Albrik charged honestly without any additional charges and hidden fees. Highly recommend

In all my experience with auto repairs, these guys were hands down the best of the best. They returned my car in even better shape than before it needed work. Not only that, I paid in cash and I forgot to get a recipe. When I returned two weeks later asking for one, they didn’t even question it. Does it get any better? Yes! They have the best prices in town!!! 10/10 recommend.
