Called in to get some answers about my electronic power steering issue and I believe it was Adam went above and beyond making phone calls and figuring it out for me. They went above and beyond even though I was not a paying customer. That is what good business is all about. Thank you and when I do need outside repairs you have my business.

I took my car in for new brakes, pads, and rotors all the way around. Adam called me and asked why I thought I needed new brakes? I was told that I should change my brakes when I got an oil change at another shop. My brakes were 70 percent good. So he rotated the tires, and I was very happy. Another place probably would have just changed them. Tanner, Karen, and Adam, the mechanic who called me, were very friendly and professional. I recommend this place very highly.

I went in because of an error signal. I spoke with Miss Karen and mechanic Adam and they were the most friendly professional and honest car dealership. I’ve dealt with it 100 years.

I called looking for a simple carb rebuild and the start talking about dropping my gas tank and changing all the lines. Just for the carb they wanted $700. Pathetic thieves. DANGER DANGER

I was in by 8 am and was out by 8:30. It was fast in and fast out. Friendly and quick, I recommend A1 smog at 2000 Union Ave.

Over the course of like 4 months, I had taken my Chevy equinox to multiple auto shops, including a Chevy dealership mechanic. No one was able to figure out what was wrong with it. A-1 Automotive was the last shop I brought it to, and within just a few hours, Adam had it figured out and fixed! It has been running smooth since. Would highly recommend this business! They know what they are doing!

Owner is Tanner Byrom of the Legendary Big House Band & the Byrom Brothers also. I used to be a huge fan of Car Talk on NPR, had a 280z car, a 289 Mustang, and a Firebird. I love this place!
