I've dealt with them for years, when the owner was alive. Now, I wouldn't take my Grandson's Tonka truck there. Half do a job, and then charge you extra to take care of the major problem. That caused you to take it in to them, my suggestion to anyone. Is to take your vehicle "anywhere" else, but to A 1 DISCOUNT

My MB is out of warranty but very low miles. I needed a tune up that usually runs about $7-800 dollars. My car was idling rough and burning gas like crazy. They did the tune up and other maintenance needed for less than the normal price. My car was ready the same day. I picked it up and was kinds skeptical but it runs so smoothly, like a MB should. I will definitely take my car back for regular maintenance here.

Steve and John do a great job. They dont try to run up your bill. Its typically hey you need this now, could use this in 6 months, and this still has at least a year or two left. Nice informative mechanics.

They started out okay but they let there employees drive customers cars they lied about who was driving mine said that they were test driving it only to wreck it and it was totaled

I got work did by someone else after the person told me that I could not get it done for the price he was saying. He told me 600$ I got it did for 200$ after I talked to him by someone else

I explained my situation to the fella at the counter and he was very accommodating he got me in as soon as I got there and he's got to replace Tyra or control arms he has to replace the control arm I thought it was just a belt in my tire or something and he said the other side needed to be replaced as well and they're going to get it done and they're going to have it done in less than 2.5 hours so I can get up to the hospital with my mother I am so appreciated and so grateful but they were there for me today

I wish I could give them 0 stars. So many bad experiences. They were referred because that person said he received good service. They said they fixed my tire which they said had a nail. I paid and looked at it and the nail was still there. Where is their integrity? I had my oil changed they didn’t put the engine cover back on. That was gone. I needed them to change my brakes. I bought in brakes I bought for them to put on. They gave me back the box with my old brakes. Fast forward a couple of years. I don’t put that many miles on my car. I should not have to change brakes out again this soon. I notice when I brake my wheel vibrates and feels strange. The new garage said the brakes are bad. I bought the same brakes again to have my new garage put them on and guess what. A1 put a different set of brakes than what I gave them. They gave me substandard used brakes and kept my expensive brakes I brought in to them to put on. Who does that. I tell you these bunch of shisters. I am so upset. They have zero integrity and they are not honest at all!!!! I would never recommend this place. Go at your own risk. Maybe you will have better luck than I did. Maybe there was something they didn’t like about me or they thought they could take advantage of me. I went to them with good faith and hoped they were honest. Is there such a thing as an honest garage? They give auto care places a bad name. That is just a few things they did and I caught.

If I could give this business 0 stars I definitely would, worse experience I’ve ever had in my life as far as having someone fix my car. Definitely a place that just wants to make money and not about giving good customer service. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt because he helped me when I was stopped in the middle of the highway on Christmas Day. But as I learned from this experience, some people help for good will and some people help because they want to take advantage of good people and this was definitely an example of taking advantage of someone for a quick dollar. Never again, kept getting the run around, refused to call back when they were supposed to so lack of integrity. I do not recommend this place at all, steer clear of these people.

Man terrible service once again!! Needed my tire fix, paid 500$ for it to still be shaking, these guys are terrible!!!! Trying to fix other stuff with the car besides the problem, I don’t recommend !

Updating my review as my new mechanic pointed out several things done incorrectly after I had gone to this place. I understand places are short staffed, but if you’re gonna work on someone’s car take your time and do it correctly the whole way through.

Once I got my car to them, (i was not getting any power when I accelerated , would shake when idle) they fixed it within the same day and even did my oil change for me. It’s been running like a champ ever since. The people here were very nice and I would highly recommend them.
